    Pros +

    • Location and amenities
    • We loved the pools and the proximity to walking onto the beach
    • Gym facilities were good

    Cons -

    • Check-in was for 4pm Est and room was not ready until we were checked in at 5:15pm Est
    • The rooms were a little outdated and worn. There was a ton of construction going all day every day right next to the pool that wasn’t posted. The staff had conflicting messages. We checked in thinking one of the bars was closed. Or maybe open for drinks but no food. The bar was in fact open and had food. The bartender admitted communication was not great around the facility.
    • Loud air conditioning in the rooms - had to sleep with ear plugsFirst room was old, but had hot water, a working iron and ironing boardSecond room had no hot water, no ironing board and no working hairdryer. Asked for an ironing board - never got one. Room was new, but shower was also leaking

    The location

They need to update the rooms, we had a leak on the bathroom and had to call multiple times for them to finally come to fix. Our personal stuff got all wet. We didn't even get a word from staff apologizing for the inconvenience. Bad customer service, eve though staff is friendly.

The location was great! The pool, restaurants and being right off the beach was very nice!

The hotel needs up to date remodeling. The walls are thin as well.

The room was excellent, the beach was beautiful, the pools were good, and the food and drinks were awesome.

some people of the staff were helpful, not all of them (front desk), we arrived at 3:30 and they gave us 4 WRONG rooms, we didn’t get in the room until 5;30 pm, they update our room for the mistakes but still bad organization. I try to massage the hotel before arrive to ask some things texting and calling and nobody answer, it was always a long line at the front desk because only two people were working. The parking lot was small, it was hard to find a spot.

I love it perfect for the family

The kitchen ran out of dinner at like 5 pm and that was very difficult for us with two kids. The staff was overwhelmed and not accepting more orders

    The location was great.

The value of the room left much to be desired. Additionally, it listed the room as having a balcony, but the room had a sliding door from the living room that opened directly into a railing. There wasn't anyway to sit and enjoy the views.

I loved how close to the beach the hotel is. We loved the game section for the kids to play after dinner. We loved both bar / restaurantes.

Had to wait over an hour after check out to finally have a room ready for us. It was not the room we reserved online. The place looked run Down. Morning like the pictures online. Cleanliness was not the best.

    Location

Outdated room. Quality of guest lower than last year. Very pricey for our experience

Nothing. We left right after we saw the room

Dirty, shabby, no view of the water..

I booked a 2 bed Queen suite with a pool view on Booking.Com. My reservation even said the pool view was the main feature and it was more expensive than a standard 2 bed queen suite according to the app. When I got to the hotel and got my keys and a map of where to go I was disappointed because my room was facing the parking lot. Some rooms face the parking lot and you can see the pool but not where I was. It was right up the stairs so my view was a big wall or parking stalls. I pointed this out to Jared who checked me in but he explained that he doesn’t understand why Booking gives that information and if I were to go on Siratas website their is no such thing as a pool view room. (I did not check) but, I just took my loss and went to the room anyways I just wanted to relax. Well as soon as I walked in the first thing I noticed was a great big dent in the fridge and the pull out couch was filthy. I mean black arms filthy with an even older pillow sitting on it. Not my idea of relaxing. I went back to the front desk and asked Jared if there was any other room he could switch me too. I also showed him because I didn’t before bookings false advertisement of what my room was supposed to be. He was very kind and said he didn’t have anymore 2 bed queen suites but he did have a regular queen room available in their remodeled building and tho it doesn’t have a pool view it does have an ocean view. Are you kidding me? Of course! I asked what the price difference was and he said they would actually be giving me a credit for losing my living room area in the room and for having to move rooms. And when I got to that room it was the most beautiful view I have ever seen. Truly amazing! The day of check out I had not used all my credit and check out time was at 11. Frantic because I didn’t before bookings want to use it up , I went to the gift shop and my daughter and I grabbed a bunch of miscellaneous items to make up the amount.

Building 4, but once it’s updated it will be nice.
