Rude staff bad showers dirts rooms smelled of cigarettes strong

I like that the location was close to 275 and conveniently located near shopping stores and lots of food /restaurants near by.

They had the pool closed for 2 days when I paid

There was a lot of loud and obnoxious people. Slamming of doors and hitting walls.

Denny's next door

Upon check in the room smelled like mold, the hair dryer didn't work, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. I complained to front dest and they didn't resolve the issue. Instead they cancelled my extended stay and told me not to come back

Room wasn't cleaned at checking and staff failed to clean room after complaing to front desk

Nothing we left.

There was a pee stain on the sheets. The first and second room we got smelled like cigarettes and you couldn't breathe. Even the none smoking. The sheets looked like they hadn't been washed in months with wrinkles and stains. Crumbs on the tables..

Convenient location for me. Dog yard and provide bags for disposal. Room clean and comfortable. All Staff was Pleasant.

For the Price I would expect a Microwave and Mini Refrigerator.

Housekeepers are on drugs and stole my money shoes and clothes and nothing was done about it

Old needs updating. Tub was disgusting toilet kept clogging up. Not recommended

The tub was very old and worn. The wash cloths smelled clean, but had dark spots on them.

Felt like a prisoner undercover security and staff plus cameras on you

The staff, hotel employee at the front desk and hotel employee in housekeeping were some of the best people I've ever met.

The room was muggy, tub was gross even after she cleaned it s second time. There are bugs in the room. Electrical shortage, would lose power when trying to use microwave.

The bathtub was black on the bottom, the bathroom door wouldnt shut. All of the towels were stained. The whole floor was filthy and the bed springs were broken. Coffee was terrible.

Bed comfortable, water hot. Bathroom clean. End table had 2 built in USB ports.

Where do I start. TV not working. Returned to front desk, got another room. No Kleenex, no fridge, no microwave, no lotion. One tiny shampoo for 2 people. Very seedy, industrial location. laundry room no supplies. Expensive for what we got. Avoid this.

It certainly wasn¿t a quiet place. A lot of people walking around all night. Loud arguments.

Roaches. Filthy though they made sure outside was nice. Staff not real cordial. Not one smile felt unwelcome

The BN location of the hotel is good, a lot of shopping and restaurants within a short drive. There is even a Dennys right next to it.

The night shift receptionist was the most disgruntled and rude hotel attendant I have ever deal with. Her attitude towards customers is just uncalled for, I walked into the front end to an empty desk, soon after she came from a door looking very upset.
