How friendly the staff was. It made it seem like they truly cared.

The key card was not working well to get from bar to the pool during our stay. Seems like other guests had same issue.

The outside amenities were closed for construction. Could not be in our hotel one of the 3 days because of fire alarm testing. Yet paid a loft amonut.

I liked everything about this hotel, it looked newer, free coffee, they had a restaurant, and it was on the beach with secure parking

The hotel is conveniently located. It is near restaurants, attractions, the beach, and major highways.

Very quiet and friendly hotel staff. Fun atmosphere and great benefits for the price. Love the loungers on the beach and the provided shade of the cabanas included in the price.

The toilet paper holder. It kept falling off. Lol.

On the beachfront,did not hear any noise in room. Beds comfortable

Expensive for what yo get. Pool was small, access gate to pool did not work. no pool towels most of the time. Expected better breakfast on 4th of july holiday.

Liked the facilities including pool proximity to the beach, the quality of food both the restaurant and bar. It was nice to have complimentary water every day.

I would have liked to see a jacuzzi and a shuttle to andfrom the airport.

I paid a lot of money to stay at this hotel with all of the fees. When I checked out they double dipped me and charged me an additional $28. A day for an additional fee. This was wrong! I already paid the fees when I booked. Very shady!

The place is so well run. Constantly being maintained for the guest benefit. Convenient to everything. The employees are so dedicated.

We had to leave and go home.

Excellent location: very close to the beach and surprisingly good restaurants

"Partial gulf-view" can indeed see the gulf but through tree leaves. Outside is a grill/bar with live music till 2am --- sometimes can be very noisy and difficult to sleep. Therefore, if you like quietness, don't book the (partial) gulf-view room.

The hotel was in a nice location. The staff was overall very friendly.

What I did not like about the hotel was hidden fees. They do charge a resort fee daily to stay there. We were checked ito a room that was already occupied. New room bedding was dirty/stained.

Location is not far from Madeira Beach and Clearwater beach, on St. Pete beach

Housekeeping didn¿t come in and clean. We had to get towel and toilet paper. Hotel was way overpriced for the level of customer servicing and care. The hotel had unexpected charge for resort fees extra at check out. Staff was at unremarkable.

Great location on beach

Got bit by bed bug. Caught the bug. Brought it to front desk to get our room changed.

Everything the beach is there the food is good the quality of the hotel is exquisite the people that work at the property are clean cut classy looking people with nothing but respect and decency something we've lost a long time ago

The only thing I would want to change are the doors to the balcony other than that it's really a beautiful place there's really nothing that I can say I don't like

New to St Pete Beach so loscstion was great. The outside grill and bar was easy and good to eat One particular lady who seemed over housekeeping g was so nice and helpful. I¿m sorry I didn¿t get her name.

Trivial on my part but live free coffee in lobby in the mornings. That being said 7-11 and Dunkin¿ Donuts across the street so I was able to run and grab in morning and just became my routine! my

Everything was great , room , beach , pool and the staff was excellent, it¿s great when they remember your name

Probably the friendliest staff we encountered during our three week trip through the US. Hotel is very new and the Room was clean. It's also direct on the beach and has a nice tiki bar, what else can you wish for?
