Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront

The bartender/server/bar back/food runner/etc. He was one person and he was the only friendly person we encountered. Mixed great drinks.

We were greeted by a snobby, rude girl who checked us in. She looked at us like we didn’t “belong”. My 10 year old felt uncomfortable with how she treated us.

It was filthy. The carpet in the room looked and felt like it hadn"t been vacuumed since it was installed. The first day we were there the room was never made up, even though I requested housekeeping service THREE times. And smug, unhelpful clerks.

No coffee available after 2:00 when the Starbucks closed. No bell service after 5:00 the day of our arrival. Fridge not cold enough.

Kind and helpful staff

NO PARKING GARAGE. $45 valet fee that wasn’t on the booking info

No ice machines in the entire hotel! No mini fridge either????? 2 beds were only FULL size!

Close to the event we were attending

Valet only parking for $45 and only one elevator, so sometimes 15 minutes wait to leave.

The location is great, numerous restaurants in walking distance

The beds were terrible; we were supposed to have two Queen beds, but they were slightly bigger than a full-size bed.

Easy check in and out

Elevator.?only 2 of the 3=were working. One day the 3rd elevator worked but it was bumpy and did not feel safe. Saturday night the bar was understaffed

Pool was filthy & the hotel was beyond & past the point of cold. Unable to actually sit in the hotel lobby or restaurant area.

Really nothing I mean NOTHING

I liked Nothing, 1) waited over an hour for a room, (from 4:30 to 5:30). 2) staff at checkin wasn't nice at all. 3) charging for a bottle of water in the room, if you are not a member. 4) over charging price on Valet Parking. 5) forget breakfast, +no coff

The valet curbed my brand new Tesla, took chunks out of the 22" rims and a chunk out of my Michelin Pilots!

Good staff, hot water was back working.

The parking is terrible and expensive.

Not clean!! Outdated Towels makeup all over No hot water for shower

The Supervisor rectified the error of the check-in clerk putting me in a two double bed room instead of the king size bed room requested and paid for. He was also excellent providing me with 7500 points as compensation.

Initial room provided was inconvenient as double bed smelling of damp water damage.

Not a complaint, only an observation. Rooms may need a bit of updating.Eems to be beginning to show wear and tear

The morning they had no hot water they told Me At checking that is was planned for repairs so they were aware of the issue but did not call to give me any options

one elevator worked, parking was $48.00 which is RIDICULOUS! group wanted to sit by the firepit and enjoy a cocktail, staff told us they had no propane, we specifically got this hotel room for the fireplace, was so disappointed, the bar was overpriced

Close to downtown

Parking, front desk staff was rude (except Olivia she was awesome)
