Vinoy House

We love the property. Room was clean and neat. Location cannot be better. Beautiful outdoor seating. We had a great time.

All the rooms are in the second floor. And there is a stairs.

Superb location, 300 feet from Beach Drive with numerous restaurants and the city park by Tampa Bay, the Pier, museums and other attractions. The historic hotel has very attractive public areas and covered porch with superb seating.

This is a very attractive historic hotel with few guest rooms but may not be for everyone. We loved the ambience.

This was a lovely and comfortable place to stay. We were attending a festival at Vinoy Park and the proximity was perfect. It's also close enough to all the downtown restaurants and bars that you can walk to all the local establishments. The room was perfect and communication with the host was seamless and pleasant. We will be staying here again!!

The Vinoy House was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. It was even better than expected. The price was good . There were great restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

Mind-blowing! It’s right on the Vinoy park. Couldn’t have chosen a better place for the weekend. The room was tidy and fresh.

This property is on the best location in downtown St Petersburg. The host will do anything to make you feel at home. There is no breakfast, but there is plenty of places to eat in walking distance.

The Vinoy house was beautifully decorated. My hubby and I felt right at home. Sylvia was a delight. They always were there to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is fantastic. We just absolutely had a lovely time. ?

This beautiful gem is located near the Pier which makes it a perfect location. The owners are very polite and has kept this house in perfect condition. Breakfast was offered and it met our expectations. The ambience is beautiful!

Location

Room way too small for the price. No place to sit in the room. Had to call to get room cleaned. No one there to talk to. Old windows, so high street noise. No elevator, only steep steps to room. TV hard to use and limited programming. Bathroom minuscule. No-one there when we arrived after they asked for our time of arrival. No info about how to get in the building or what room was ours until we called after arriving. Llooked like it was closed. Outside area was full of dead plants and tree droppings.

The hotel was clean and cosy,the location was what we need. The stuff are so professional! I would love to use this hotel for my next trip to St. Petersburg!

Charming, historic bed & breakfast with lovely host at a great location.

Beautifully decorated inside and out. Awesome porch for morning coffee. Relaxing zen vibe. Squirrels playing in the palm trees. Great location. Walking distance to most of the fun stuff in St. Pete.

Clean, safe, great location with free onsite easy parking. Nice breakfast, always had coffee and water available. Fridge in room helpful

I can’t say enough nice things about the Vinoy House!! Absolutely beautiful, peaceful, clean, well maintained! Dimitre and Silviya added so many beautiful little touches, I kept finding little surprises!! We had such a relaxing stay! I fell in love with the front porch, it was my favorite spot while there!Also, there is an electric bike pick up spot around the corner, as well as a free trolley spot. So many things just in walking distance! And you can catch a glimpse of the bay from the front porch. Just perfect. Thank you Dimitre and Silviya!! We’ll see you again!

The location was within walking distance to the event we came into town for.

No breakfast. The 2nd ‘B’ in Bed & Breakfast means you get breakfast. A cooked, sit-down breakfast. Instead we got $15 gift card for a local convenience store. What a scam. No one was there when we arrived. No parking even though I specifically confirmed parking space. Coffee was in paper cups and not in the room. No ice. No nothing. The property was dilapidated. The furnishings were old, ugly, cheap and gaudy. We return to the room after a long day and the room wasn’t made up. The one person who only showed up when we complained was rude and argumentative. Both my husband and I had bug bites on our torso and legs! $800/night!!!! The worse! This property should be removed from Booking.com.

It was horrible and to be honest I should get a refund or some sort of compensation from you.

First of all there was no breakfast.. The property has a sign to advertise Bed and Breakfast.... My bedroom and shower were in the same room... no door to separate. The bed was uncomfortable and there were no chairs to sit down, just the bed. There was no even a coffee machine in the room. You had to go to the end of the hall where there was a door made out of beads that you had to go through and that was ridiculous because coming out with your coffee you would get all tangled in them. The entire first floor was decorated with all this weird stuff and it was creepy. The exterior entrance had a half fence, the porch old stuffy furniture etc etc.... I have never in my life (and I travel all the time) spend almost $600 per night for such a beat up place.
