Ponce De Leon Hotel

The staff. He had the decency to move us to another hotel.

The room was not clean (floor, sheets, shower). Elevator not working.

The location was great

There was no parking, bathrooms were not clean and elevator didn't work

Ac was cooling but not very well. We have been numerous times to this hotel and we will be back.

The best part of this hotel is the FABRIGATED PICTURES on website!!!!

Location is good, building is super old so very slow elevator, low water pressure, AC was kickin' though!

Cold water disconnected in bathroom from sink and tub. Hot water comes out cold. Filthy room, broken fridge, very small "queensize bed" and when I tried to complain, found the phone broken. Still trying to get the discount promised almost a week later.

Quaint and clean. Staff very accommodating and understanding. Proximity to shops and restaurants.

Elevator is old - as is building but overall, they do a nice job. Can be a little noisy at night with cars and music but not too bad. No breakfast.

Great location and walking distance to everything

Room was dirty, literally found half eaten pizza crusts next to microwave and by the bed. Looked like pizza sauce had also been smeared on the wall. Mattress was very beat up, shower floor tiles are loose and could use some new, normal size bath towels.

The staff and location were the best part of the hotel experience.

The shower had little to no water pressure and took forever to heat up.

The no parking for our vehicle. And the size of the bathroom.. maybe some hotter water

I liked the proximity to downtown and the marina. We parked our car, and didn't drive until we were leaving St.Pete.

It did have a slight old/moldy smell.

Checked out after 2 hours and nobody cared. The desk person was not connected. Mold smell.

I booked the room with no problem. There was parking available. The staff was friendly.

The hotel room was outdated! The TV signal was awful. I couldn't watch TV due to "no signal". No Netflex. Elevator was old and slow. I will not stay there again.

The room assigned to me looked nothing like the rooms advertised. There was a dead palmetto bug on the foot and a stain on the bedspread. When I asked to be refunded so I could move to another hotel, the man at the desk was less than friendly and refused.

Nothing really. It¿s old and overpriced. Very loud outside I could hear people¿s conversations all through the night.

I didn¿t like anything. There was a strong fish smell in the elevator. A strong pee smell in the bathroom. Hotel is overpriced and everything is so old and outdated. I will not be back.

The location was awesome and the hotel was pretty cool.

New beds!! The bed in my room was so old one side was sunken in. It was a old spring mattress with not even a boxspring!! More comfortable beds at a roach motel!!

first very bad smell they do not have an elevator smell of humidity the floor of the shower very dirty I had to go upstairs with my wife and her fibromyalgia condition I could not cancel and I had to stay in a hotel

We arrived and they informed us we were on the 6th floor and the elevator didn't work. Once we made it to the 6th floor it smelled like wet dog. The room reeked of mold. When we told the the manager he said what do expect, it's rotting from the inside out
