Pros +
- The beds were comfortable. Clean and staff very friendly.
- Location, beds, coffee in lobby
- Location, maint tech showed up to help with an issue promptly and was very friendly
Cons -
- towels had black grease like marks on them. I did tell the very nice gentleman @ the front desk & he said he would take care of it.
- Shower showed signs of mold, tv did not have remote, lot of slamming doors and loud neighbors, AC barely worked
- The hotel had roaches in my room. Refused to issue me a refund on the room even though they were sold out and had no other rooms I could switch to.
