The staff! They were all so caring. They made sure that you had everything you needed, they all worked together like a family. I was treated with respect and kindness from the first day until ninth day I was there. And the room was super clean!;

Staff, clean, convenient, price staff staff

Everything, it was dirty. We didn't even stay, we left 5 minutes after getting there.

The bathroom was descent

The TV wasn't connected to the service. The ac shutoff in the middle of the night and i.had to trouble shot the problem. It's power was controlled by a switch 6 1/2 feet above the floor on the wall. The pillows were too soft.

Nonthing

Everything. The maids are lazy and don't clean the rooms, you literally have to do their job by taking out the trash, get clean towels, and don't change the sheets or bedding

Some staff went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Except one front desk clerk who was rude when asking if housekeeping brought us clean towels. because earlier we gave our old and age never brought. New. She had a attitude she had no towels

Front desk clerk that worked the evening and over nite shift always had a attitude when we came to front desk to get keys redone or tell them about maintenance issues and it didn't let morning shift know. The morning shift went above and beyond in assist

Owner and staff went above and beyond pections.

The ice machine was not operable and had to buy ice from nearby convenience store

We believed on our first nite stay we had fleas or possible bed bugs. Staff immediately.moved us to another room. Then sprayed the room. The owner immediately resolved the issue.

Everything was resolved and all the staff including the owner and Angela went above and beyond to ensure our stay was ?

The lady at the desk did her best to assist with what she had to work with.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. I was not expecting the best since the price was so low.?.but it was horrible. We were first given a room that wasn?t even cleaned from the ones who stayed the night prior. When we finally got our room it was horrible.

Hotel employee !

This was the WORST motel we have stayed at for over 80+ years !! We only stayed 1 night and are still waiting for the refund !!

The room was filthy!!! I think the only thing clean was the sheets. (Hopefully) It was also very run down and it was obvious that it is not well taken care of. Many things in the room were broken. It was just a mess in there.

no mirrors(not even in the bathroom staff had to let me into the room every time because they couldn't give me a key I did not get the remote for the tv the toilet seat and lid was on the floor. it felt unsafe

They made it easy for me to get a refund when I discovered that this hotel wasn?t for me. Their location is nice in the sense that there are a bunch of fast food restaurants within walking distance.

For only $30 more per night I found a hotel less than a mile away. That was four stars instead of the two that this just claims to be. When I was dropped off here from the airport, there was guys out back of the hotel probably selling drugs.

There was a roof over our head

The bathroom ceiling was falling out, no mirror in bathroom, no ice, no remote for TV, microwave was old and rusted, couldn't reach the AC unit to change the setting at all

Everything! It?s like someplace you would see in a horror movie. Dirty, stinks, cockroaches, etc.

it was worst hotel i ever stayed in it looked like it was from the 70s got reservation wrong had to pay for an extra night cause of someones mistake even though i had a confermation number then they tried to keep my deposit

Nothing was good about this hotel the pictures are not what the hotel looks like. Very run down dirty place don?t recommend
