Tru by Hilton St. Petersburg Downtown Central Ave

All of the staff was super nice I had several interactions with them mostly when going to breakfast I had my dog all of them interacted with a dog and my dog was happy to see them

The front desk associate tried to build me $150 for a pet fee when Hilton's own website said it's just $75

A great stay - - clean, friendly, professional and kind staff, location was perfect.

The main entrance area was awkward.

One of the elevators wasn't working so it was a longer wait for the one that was working but they said they were working on fixing it.

Possibly the only hotel in Florida WITHOUT a pool. Room is tiny, smashed shin and knees on bed frame that was too big for the room to the point I actually bled on the sheets from the injury. Mysterious curly black hair in shower.

When we arrived the valet parking staff was not very helpful. When we were leaving, the parking valet staff were extremely helpful!!(2 different sets of men)

We were charged for parking when we did not have a car. My husband caught the over billing on our account. Now we wait for a refund to happen. The also billed for incidentals $50 instead of just placing a hold on the funds. Waiting on that refund

Location was excellent for a Rays game. Valet parking was awesome. Hotel staff were always eager to assist with any needs.

Room was a little small

Great lobby level that was a comfortable place to hang out. I liked the 24/7 free coffee. The breakfast was much better than most free hotel breakfast. The location was ideal for Tropicana field and for the Central District. Rental bikes nearby.

Body soap and shampoo dispensers were heard to squeeze to get anything out.

The Staff is exceptional. MaryBeth was professional, and very welcoming upon our arrival. The Hotel is kept clean and fresh. The Breakfast was better than expected, they do a great job. We were very happy here.

Front desk staff was excellent. Really enjoyed myself for my birthday and they gave free gifts because it was my birthday.

Wasn't aware of the $16 valet parking for the hotel. But didn't mind it as they did a great job with that!

The hotel is convenient for anyone wishing to go to the baseball stadium or (like me) needing to visit Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital. The staff was very friendly and informative and the room was clean and had a great view.

The elevators were not fully functioning. The parking situation is an inconvenience. I paid for the valet, but when I needed to leave, the attendant had lost the keys to the box where the car keys are stored, so I was late for my appointment.
