The staff was excellent. They were helpful friendly and accommodating

The tv service was poor. The remotes were barely functional and the the channel selection was minimal

The hotel is clean and located close to many attractions in Tampa. It also includes parking, which is a major plus. The staff is very nice.

The breakfeast service was very slow. Also, continental breakfeast should not cost an additional $15 because it includes mostly what can be classified as "junk food" such as cereal and muffins.

I WAS ESPECIALLY HAPPY THAT THE POOL OPENED AT 6 A.M. I AM A EARLY RISER AND WENT TO THE POOL EVERY MORNING WHEN IT OPENED.

THE ONLY THING THAT I DIDN'T LIKEWAS THAT NO TOWELS WERE SUPPLIED TO THE POOL.

I liked the location the most.

I¿m rlly sensitive to dust/ mold and my allergies started as soon as I got in my room. Also was not expecting their continental breakfast to be a charge considering the price of the stay. You have to pay 10 dollars to have even just the continental.

I loved ¿¿ my room and the Breakfast area hotel employee was great at taking care of me and the kids. He was so nice I wish everyone was like him!!!

I didn't like the miscommunication between staff members ¿¿ and I had a bad situation that couldn't be fixed over the phone I had to drive alway from St.Petersburg back to Riverview just to take care of it... I wasn't happy at all

Bed is comfortable.

Location is not to my liking. Guests were loud. Breakfast was not what I expected. The hallway are dirty, had debris on the carpet. Wet floor in front of the ground floor elevator.

This hotel was under renovation. It smelled like paint. The food and front desk were in the hallways. The business center and pool closed. My room was nice but the shower didn't drain and I hated that I could not move the showerhead.

It was clean and sanitize and quiet

The breakfast was not worth 12.95 and the pool was not working

We had multiple roaches in our room just after a couple of hours of checking in and switched to a different hotel.

AC unit in room was full of black dirt, nobody cleaned after informing front desk. Bathroom floor was not clean. Expensive meals, no free breakfast as I¿ve had in other Hilton¿s. Overall not a good experience for a Hilton.

We¿ve stayed here many times and have always enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfortable and Breakfast is always excellent! However, the hot tub was once again not operational (this happened on our previous stay as well) which was very disappointing.
