The breakfast .. the area was clean.the young lady cleaned in between guests .. the waffle maker and hot biscuit and gravy nice .. muffins yogurt fruit cereal and bagels are great breakfast options

I did not receive the room I booked online which was to have a in room spa I didn’t like the huge welcome mats at the door stained and filthy

people in my room without notice people working in room without cleaning there mess before leaving

ice machine on 4th floor not working and elevator not working had to use stairs and i blew out my knee having to go up and down stairs

Comfortable beds

Carpet was stained and dirty. Roaches in the room. 2 pairs of pants laying in the closet. Smelled musty. It should DEFINITELY not be rated a 3 star hotel. Maybe 2 star. Breakfast was okay.

Good price, nice free breakfast with good hours available, centrally located in St Petersburg.

The forced $300.00 deposit is sprung on you last minute. These funds still have not been returned to my account. The first room we were given reeked of urine . The second room had a residual smoke smell and had bedbugs!

Nothing. Terribly gross and dirty

Room was dirty, smelled funny (like weed), breakfast station was dirty so there was no way I would eat there. The entire property needs updating and cleaning.

The comforter wasn't clean. The bed was unsteady as if the base was broken, and the food wasn't good. The waffle batter was watered down, and the sausage patties were not thoroughly cooked.

Room was gross, had to go buy a comforter at target. The lady at the front desk was rude

Parking

Room reeked of mildew. Hallways reeked of marijuana or smoke. I called the front desk to report a guest across from my room that smoked throughout the day, bed sheets had stains on them where I had to request another set. Breakfast fair

Shower water running all night doesn't shut off , carpet in the room felt dirty . TV cabinet doors don't close .

Hair in the bed, toliet Wouldn?t flush, carpet needs cleaning

Every time I went to my room, my key failed to work. When I would go back to the desk, the clerk would literally snicker and remind me to not have the key touch my phone, I travel enough to know not to do this.

The rooms are great here and the free breakfast was awesome.

The lady at the front desk was not very accommodating and generally seemed annoyed. The situation with getting new towels, toiletries or linens is a little outrageous. Filling out a door hanger and still having to hunt someone down anyways is crazy

The room is big, ample space for parking

It is very noisy. I could not fall sleep at 3am since some other clients are fighting and yelling loudly. Nobody was trying to stop them.

Decor

The 1st room the door wouldn?t lock from the inside. Then the 2nd room was musty so I had to turn the AC on high , spray heavy Lysol before I could relax

Was not told about 100 deposit which I probably won't get back

In the middle of lots of shopping & restaurants. Area is very nice & quiet.

Mildew smell in the hallway and my room.
