The staff was the only good thing about this place

Breakfast was bad and a noisy guest

It was convenient to everything, especially the beach. The staff was very nice and friendly, and the hotel room was clean.

Breakfast was not hot

The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The handicapped room had a tub in the bathroom instead of a walk in shower.

We love the complimentary breakfast and the staff was really nice and prompt for what ever we needed. Example; towels and toilet paper.

The ac did not blow very cold a nd it was on 67 degrees. And it felt sort of humid in our room. Other than that, no complaints.

Doorknob to the bathroom was loose and had been for some time. I cannot imagine a member of staff had not noted this and had it corrected. Other than that, a good stay.

It was not clean. The sheets were not changed in between customers. There were visible blood stains and the imprint from the The sheets were even put on backward. I checked out less than 2 hrs but was told I couldn't get a refund because they were booked

Front desk staff and breakfast attendant where very friendly

The room had a musty odor and the location had a lot of homeless around especially on entering hotel through a vacant lot. Not pleasant. Actually checked out a day early because of smell and didn?t feel safe driving into location at night.

Room floors were tile and breakfast server/greeter was very nice to me!

The pet fee $40 per night per dog or cats; my pets were with me the entire day not in hotel room, so price was very unreasonable higher than other hotels; not too pet friendly to me.

Breakfast area was terrible. Went down at 8:30 and everything empty with nothing being replaced

All of the staff were extremely friendly. They all had a smile for you. The beds were great. The price was great. I would definitely stay here again.

The biscuits were not hot. No gravy.

The room at first was the wrong room but it was fixed with a room on ground floors

Convenient to I-10 and close to downtown. Hotel was clean and breakfat was good.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times between trips to/from Teas and Florida. The first three stays were nice. However, in the fouth stay the HVAC didn't work and I froze my tail off.

Location, price, and breakfast.

The inability to check in when I arrived. The phoniness of the hotel clerk. He lied to me several times.

Television was set to one channel. Channel could not be changed. Staff person suggested the sensor was moved. No sensor found. Located cage bound to back of heavy drawer. Inside cage, device where the HDMI cable runs to tv. Need cable service checks.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The bed was so high that I had to ask for a step ladder so my wife could get in it. This was supposed to be a room for handicapped people. At about 11:30 PM, I was awakened by screaming, yelling and laughing. Some idiot scheduled a party in a meeting room
