The staff was friendly

Everything! It’s in the hood. Drug deals in the parking lot, cockroaches, police tape, the room was over 100 degrees there was pee and cigarette butts in the stair well, they have refused to give me my money back even though I didn’t stay there

Nothing was horrible! Dirty ! No clean towels ..people partying past midnight in hallways .. Terrible repetitive loud noise from bathroom..no coffee .. Live electrical wires hanging from ceiling.. Asked for king bed... Got 2 full size beds

Only thing was location.

RUN, RUN! From the get-go the clerk had a very bad attitude. Room was as smelly, the sheets were dirty. I looked blow the bed and there was someone’s underwear accompanied with piles of dust. Bathroom was for filthy! If it wasn’t late we’d bail.

It was dirty everywhere. There was water all over the stairs and dripping in the stairwell.

Location. It was right near naval station

Definitely time to clean it up. Also in a non smoking room but the odor of cigarettes was overwhelming

The only good thing is that we were tired and the hotel was near where we stopped to eat.

We tried 2 rooms -- both smelled awful (went out and bought air freshener). Tub area wretchedly redone -- unbelievable mess with caulking. Vent had a towel stuffed in it. Floor was wet. We touched as little as possible in the room and left early AM.

There was never an attendant in the office, my first room was a smoking room.The second room I was given was still occupied and I walked in the couple. Went to the office a third time waited, was given a double bed room instead of a king. Bad experience.

The shower had BLACK MOLD ON THE WALL & UNDER THE SHOWER LEDGE ABOVE THE TUB AREA. TERRIBLE!!! Staff came and Sprayed Bleach Mix BUT DIDN'T CLEAN THE SHOWER!!! SPRAYED AND LEFT!!! SAD

Leaving. This hotel does not deserve 2 stars, stayed at a 1 star hotel in Alabama and had a much better experience. If I could leave 0/10 I would.

Hotel is in a bad neighborhood. There was a big gap in the door, did not feel safe.breakfast was at 6:30 got there at 6:35 the sausage and eggs were cold, the waffle mix had barely enough for 2 waffles, the syrup was empty, enough milk for one bowl.

Clean, amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. That on top of a refrigerator and microwave, which in some ways we're not necessary due to breakfast being provided in the morning. Hotel across the street from a Dollar General for necessities.

The price was good for what we needed, a quick getaway and a place to house our stuff.

It looked a bit sketchy at night.

I was eaten up by bed bugs, they stole my wallet, and they charged me twice for the room.

There was nothing to like. Nasty room. People asking for money and doing drugs outside our room. It was a motel not a hotel. And people were screaming and yelling all night long and kept jiggling our door handle I felt unsafe!

The bed was comfortable, although there was no blankets , just a sheet and a thin duvet.

The hotel was not as pictured. It was run down. Room had trash in corners, and under bed. A.c. had mold on it. Fridge was dirty. Shady looking people hanging out. People in the poor area, being loud and disruptive until after midnight. Unsafe hotel

Absolutely awful. The room smelled like a man's sweaty dirty feet, the bed sheets smelled the same. I requested a change of sheets and they just left them on the bed for us to change. We felt unsafe in this room. It was a horrible experience.

Everything. The bed was disgusting, I'm pretty sure there was mold in the bathroom, the pillows smelled so gross. There were people yelling all night and we couldn't sleep. It was a horrible experience. I couldn't believed it got a 2 star rating.

Absolutely nothing

This hotel should not be renting...The first room we were in (300)had no light bulbs, a drawer in cabinet was broke and hanging, toilet had dried urine all over the seat...The second room (211) Bathroom ceiling covered in black mold & falling in!!

Housekeeping did not clean the room n pea was on the toliet n floor n nothing had been done so I had to buy Clorox n clean everything. Worst place ever n no one answers the phone

The only thing good about this hotel was the lady serving breakfast. She waa so nice and friendly. Other than that our experience at the hotel was terrible.

The hotel smelled so bad and even made our clothes smell bad. There were cigarette burns in our blankets. The door to the restroom did not close. Beds were so hard and uncomfortable. One of the sheets had a blood stain on it. Rude staff.

The only positive that I can say about it was that the front desk clerk was polite and friendly.

Room was filthy. Trash behind furniture, bug carcasses, smelt like mold/mildew and the carpet was disgusting. My grandchild was put on the floor to crawl and in less than 10 minutes her feet, knees and hands were black just from the carpet. AC didn't cool
