The stay was very pleasurable, it was quiet, clean, the breakfast was good but minimal, the price for the room was reasonable and the staff was friendly. What more could you ask for?

Hotel employee was the only decent staff

The front morning management was awful. The breakfast was claimed to be a hot breakfast but the only thing hot were waffles and mushy eggs.

entire hotel has been cleaned, painted, and refreshed.

they do cheap things. like not putting soap in the bathrooms, or not having a towel rack. little things, but they show a cheapness.

The owner was super nice the lady at the front desk at night super professional this is the go to hotel in Pensacola

Be honest only bad thing about it was the bed is too comfortable and you will sleep like a new born baby and may not get up on time to check out

Staff was friendly and professional. Price was reasonable given the age of the hotel. The room was clean and odor free.

The room. No wastebasket, no desk phone, inappropriate desk chair, and wonder of wonders, the phone wasn't wired to the wall.

No one was ever at the front desk- they just constantly put a sign out saying the stepped away. Bath tub had mold. Breakfast was horrible- no hot food no fruit, fridge was empty, snack area was completely empty. Place smelled like a deep fryer.

Everything. Room was dirty and profanity was written on the mirror and window. Break fast was depressing and couldn’t talk to front desk because no one ever there

The beds are very comfortable. And check-in was super easy. Person at the front desk was very accommodating and kind.

There was a slight urine smell when you got close to the toilet I noticed this both times I've stayed at the hotel maybe they need to change their cleaning products.

Our card reader went dead. The manager came quickly to tend to it!

Breakfast wasn?t very good. Also, there was only one person working the desk for checkout and there was a long line, so I just dropped the key and didn?t get a receipt.

The pool is very cold. They would not turn the heat on so people can enjoy the inside pool. The hotel does not offer breakfast. They have some coffee, few muffins set aside and some bread slices. If the pool or breakfast is important to you don?t book.
