The beds were comfortable and the price was fairly inexpensive.

I booked a King room smoking, upon check-in they informed me they did not have a single room available, and tried to charge me for the upgrade. at 10am I was being rushed out of the room and at 10:30 was told I had to leave the room! CHECK OUT IS AT 11AM!

I really wish there was something I could like about this hotel. I was sad disgusted from the moment I walked in ! The floor was dirty and dusty, the bathroom tub looked like it had t been clean and when I turned on the water it came out brown..disgusting

I had to clean the tub before taking a shower on my first day because it was so dirty when I arrived.. I also had to go out and buy my own towel because ALL their towels were discolored ;((..when I asked for an extra blanket I was told there was none¿ ;(

. Front desk person abrupt, no personality. No ice available. Noisy.

No breakfast no pool . If I would have known that I would have booked another hotel near by that had those options for the same price.

I only saw the hotel staff once when i checked in These people barely spoke english

Not one thing

The hotel was very nasty, the sheets had burn stains on them. The chairs had black nasty stains, the toilet had hair on the seat. The hotel also had old towels that looked like they were used over a thousand times. The towels where black and yellow.

It was hard to understand the staff. In the room the phone did not work and the tv did not work correctly.

location

They charged me 90 more dollar when I arrived at the door. If I knew I would have spent 90 more dollars, I would have booked a room somewhere else. The location is very seedy. The room was substandard compared to all other Super 8 motels I have stayed at.

The indifference of the manager, knowing that 2 nights there was fighting going on in the parking lot and rooms 20 feet away from our room was very disconcerting... I had to call the police to come and intervene, manager had chosen to turn his phone off.

Price and location

The night front office employee older gentleman very rude. I requested a non smoking room.He said ¿ no smoking ok I said no smoking¿ in a very rude manner . He then stated I had to pay $20 deposit cash. I refused as he had my card on file .

Updated room for the most part (i.e.newer floors, newer bathroom).

Non-smoking room that smelled like smoke. AC is outdated and blows directly in your face while sleeping.

Room was not like picture

Room air would not stay cold. Room was very small. And smelled like smoke.

Shower head and water pressure was good. Pillow was comfortable.

Pool was filled in with rocks, air gaps around the door large enough for insects and small snakes to enter. The tub was very slick and we had no mat. The facility was very old and greatly over priced for the amenities.

Unfriendly staff. Air conditioner was off when we got there. Took 3 hours to cool the room down. Staff wanted a cash deposit and raised a stink when I said I don't carry cash and to just put a hold on my card. Room key didn't work at first.

Nothing I will never ever book with them ever ever again!

Everything! It sucked! A beer can left in the room and smelled like smoke and it also had cigarette burns in the covers... the smell stopped me up and we couldn''t sleep under the covers .. the floor was dusty and no towels

I did appreciate that they did updates to the room, it was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!

EVERYTHING!!! The rate that i was charged for this room was not worth it the room smelled horrible.. The sheets had burn holes in them.. I saw roaches coming outta of cracks... The bathroom was horrible.. I didn't even stay my full night...

The linens smelled like curry. There was mold growing in the mini fridge that was unplugged, the tiles were falling from the bathroom walls and the sink was rusted. The stinch of wet carpet was vile.

nothing I liked

the room was not very clean and I noticed several electrical issues that could start a fire.The staff was not helpful at all.I had to take dirty linens to the office and was told we would get clean linens but we never did.We left 1 day earlier than booked

It was noisy. There was no internet. There was no ice the machine was broken. Our room wasn't cleanend. It was just a room no clock no hair dryer no shampoo no iron no hangers to hang your clothes on. For the money it should at least have a coffee maker.
