Yes, problem with check in. The information that they had on me was not correct , including credit card information.

Clean, quiet, staff was nice.

Check in was quick and easy even took us when we checked in early.

Had trouble with the TV remote with the volume control. They were very nice to bring us a different one but a new one did not work at all. But we did without. Not a real big deal.

The breakfast was YUMMY, the staff friendly and accommodating, and it was clean and well maintained.

Toilet backed up; front desk said happens sometimes after rain; maintenance gone so brought us a plunger; they offered to use it for us but it was late so we did it ourselves; TV remote missing but was promptly replaced upon report; most staff unmasked!

The room had a weird smell, furniture was dingy and old, and the a/c unit barely kept the room cool enough. Paid $160 with taxes for a hotel room that honestly is worth $-- a night. I would rate this hotel a 2 star hotel.

The room was spacious and clean and the hotel was simply gorgeous! The breakfasts were delicious: western omelet and potatoes, chocolate or vanilla waffles, muffins, bagels and cream cheese, jellies, syrup, whipped cream, juices, coffees. DELICIOUS!

The hotel staff was welcoming, kind and courteous; and they checked me in quickly. The room was very clean, which made me relieved after reading reviews many of their competitors in the area. What made me the happiest was they¿re back to full breakfast.

Front desk lady was very nice.

Hair all over the shower and bathroom walls. Stains on the curtains. Mattresses were old, squeaky and uncomfortable.

My first night room was hot and night staff stated that there was nothing she could do except to give me a fan.

It was clean, in a decent area, close to interstate & stores..nice

I didn't get much sleep.The walls are paper thin..I was placed with my window on the side of some bushes..birds tapped the windows early in the morning before sun up until sun down.Staff and guests were up before 7am moving about. Kids running above me.

Worst coffee we ever had.Half and half was expired,(stayed in August, but the expiration date on creamer was April 30)it made cottage cheese on the bottom of a cup. Hotel didn't have any tea bags. Grab and go breakfast had all sweet items.

Pool and close to restaurants

Hotel advertises continental breakfast but had no breakfast. We were not notified in advance or at check in.

The front desk attendant couldn’t give adequate directions, Very dated rooms, the loveseat looked dirty, there is a mountain of dust on the furniture, and the carpet was dirty.

The hotel location is what I liked best.

I didn’t like the fact that the hotel did not allow early check-in even though it was previously noted. Also the hotel was very dirty. I checked out 2 to 3 hours after checking in.

staff was absolutely fab....my wife was in a accident while visiting Pensacola and they gave me discounts for hospital stay and always asked how she was every morning..

It was a perfect stay for me because of the proximity to the project for work I was doing. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful

It is getting a little old and it is across the street from a large construction project.
