Hotel Staff were outstanding! This Hotel has the capability of receiving a lot higher ratings if the rooms were cleaner, and prepared when the occupant enters the room.
I liked how close the hotel is to N.A.S. Pensacola.The breakfast dididn't have a lot of choices but it was free so I don't have a lot to complain about that. Free HBO and WiFi.
It was great to see a lift for handicapped person's in the pool. This was our second stay at this hotel, but we won't stay again. In a years time it's gone further down hill. And it's a small property - but the owners clearly don't care about it.

Cons -

First room, A/C did not work. Notified front desk, quick response, transferred me to another room. New room was very dusty, the bathroom floors could use a better cleaning. Large patched holes in the bathroom. The TV cables weren't hooked up.
Seedy surroundings! The bathroom was filthy....u could literally wipe dirt off the walls! The room smelled very musty.
The room had used bobby pins, candy wrappers, and leaves all over the floor. I wore my flip flops the entire time I was in the room and in the shower. There were holes in the shower wall so I felt like I was being watched. Shower water was barely warm.

It is not up to Super 8 standards in any way. Outside needs attention. Rooms need attention, carpets need to be cleaned (sticky substance in a spot in our room), drains are slow, stopper off in our tub with part sticking up out of the drain.
