HOTEL DEL SOL - Pensacola

I didn’t like it at all. I didn’t stay there not one night and I’m still waiting on a refund. They had bedbugs and roaches.

It was horrible. It wasn’t clean it smelt bad. It had bad bugs and roaches. I want a refund. I didn’t even stay there.

that I left. I thought rats were in the room but it was just the druggies in the hallway

The hotel is not named the key west hotel anymore it is now called the EL something or another The room was not equipped as promised no microwave oven, the remote control was not programed for the tv Filthy living conditions!

This hotel was very trashy. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. We waited for over an hour and while we were waiting we looked and found a can that had been used to smoke weed in sitting on the lobby table.

This hotel is disgusting and unsafe

Our door did not lock! I was walked in on while changing 3 times! We didn't have towels. Toilet paper the room was not even cleaned. Would not give a refund!

lack of cleanliness, not secure from room to outside, bathroom had no supplies/towels worn & stained

nothing. The manger is a rude,dishonorable ,liar . This hotel it out dated , have roaches, the rooms are poorly cleaned, the location it¿s bad but the hotels is more like a mini housing community, people hanging out all times of day and night.

Everything ¿ please do not book this hotel . I am ashamed to say i had to stay one night here. My children was traumatized by the roaches , and how dirty the room, and property was .

I did not like anything about this place. It needs Someone who is licensed through the health department to go and expect every room and side doors of entrance. The hotel could be cleaned more appropriately. They need new sheets new EVERYTHING !!

The whole place is not acceptable there was nothing to like about it. Very disappointing. I wouldn¿t dare return or bring family to this place.

I walked out and didn't stay there

That is the worst place I have ever been to. I walked out as soon as I saw how terrible the buildings and rooms were. The board of health should shut this place down and knock down everything. You couldn't hardly breath in the room it smelled so bad.

The staff was excellent l. The coffee was good.

There were no clean towels in room. I had to wait until the next morni morning to take a shower because I didn't have a towel. The rain was supposed to have a refrigerator in the lady said it broke and they had removed it. My milk went bad. No breakfast

The room was terrible urine stains on the bed and pillows. Hair on the bed and in the tub. The outside door was broken. No towels or toilet paper.

When we checked out.

The room smelled, the curtains was falling off the wall, windows was so filthy we could barely see out of them, the blanket had cigarette burns in it and it was supposed to have a continental breakfast and they had nothing not even coffee.

Dirty, no towels or toilet paper in room, overpriced for the location and condition of this place.

Staff was nice. Tv worked. Ac worked.

There was no hot water at all. So cold showers were awful. The pool was green and the other guests argued all night in the hallways. The bed was stained up and the freezer had left over garbage from God knows how long ago. Wifi was terrible.

Scary, dirty, and green water in pool.. Homeless people walking the property. Didn't sleep a wink. Cracked door frame, shows prior breakin'. Spend a bit more and get a safer hotel, please.

Location, room and staff.

The exterior of the hotel: much of it looked, empty, decayed and in repair. Looked more like a longterm motel.

Nothing had 3 kids with me and we left 2 hours into it.

Everything it¿s was so nasty, old soap and hair all in the bathroom.
