Hampton Inn & Suites Pensacola/I-10 Pine Forest Road

The room was huge! We liked having the kitchenette for food storage. The breakfast was great and the staff was super nice and helpful.

Vanity light night shines brightly into your sleeping area, air conditioning was extremely noisy

Placement of our room.. Our room was right next to the elevators and both were VERY noisy so we got little to no sleep. Room 410

Very peaceful, quiet, clean, & great location

We are not too thrilled about their breakfast. Some really good cinnamon rolls & biscuits & gravy would be a wonderful thing!

A bit tucked away off the road

Very friendly staff with a great location near the interstate. Breakfast is satisfactory. I was impressed with the overall cleanliness of the rooms and breakfast area.

Late check in with a boat was difficult to find parking.

Advertised with airport shuttle, does not have airport shuttle. Wifi was horrible and didn't work t all on most devices.

It's reasonably close to Hwy 10.

Pet fee $75/night - not published, outrageously expensive - double of the normal rate. Clerk was okay, but the MOD was rude. Renovation stuff was everywhere. The guests above me were super loud. I wouldn't stay there again.

Cleanliness, friendly staff and close proximity to restraunts

Location was convenient, pool. Very clean, nice sized room and good breakfast and coffee.

It was very nice. The room was clean and larger than expected. The staff was so nice especially the breakfast staff the next morning. Friendly and would definitely recommend to a friend.

The only thing that stood out to me was the elevator advertising was pealing off the walls and that looked very out of place considering the hotel itself was so nice. I would recommend just taking it down so it doesn't look so bad.

A lovely modern hotel that was clean with easy access. I choose Hamptons for the gyms and early breakfast. This one had a nice well equipped gym.

We (several patrons) could not get the treadmills to turn on. I called the front desk to ask for assistance. They stated that they could not help. Some staff training on the gym machines might help. It was a simple "turn on switch" issue.

This hotel was so affordable for my family of 5! The continental breakfast was out of this world amazing!

Limited breakfast, and no daily cleaning of rooms, had to ask for everything. Why do they charge full price for limited service, I may have to rethink about booking here in the future.

I had a room card missing and asked for 2 new key cards and was told old cards wont work anymore, But turns out they did.

Signs all over that the Hotel required masks for all guests and staff, but a majority of the staff were not wearing masks. The pool also looked like the bottom hadn't been sweep in some time.

I just didn't really have a signal on my phone, but wifi solved that.

Friendly staff awesome service. Clean! Coffee pots was always hot and fresh, food is great.

Only downfall is that I wish they would have options for family on which floor they would preferred. We stayed on 3rd floor which was a hassle with kids. Elevator was a bit noisy.

I loved the hotel! It was very clean and Front desk employee was very helpful when I needed directions or information on great places to eat. Their complimentary breakfast was quite decent as well.
