Everyone on the staff was truly amazing. My mother is handicapped and everyone went above and beyond. This was our 5th year here and we will be back!! Thank you!

Affordable, great location, pretty beach. Ask for a top floor, better view and quiet

Be aware, this is a heavy traffic, high turn over hotel. It is heavily used in the summer. Do not expect it to be pristine. BUT, for the location and price point it was ok. Beach was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was ok and will fill you up..

The elevator was not working properly when we get there. We were able to use the other elevator but it stopped working also. The stairs was a bit too much

The mermaid & pirate were the only redeeming elements of our stay. Also the woman who checked us in was so nice. The pool police harassed us & our kids the entire time. It was incredibly rude and excessive. We will never stay here again.

The security harassed us the entire time and yelled at our children. Uncalled for and excessive. Not the kid friendly hotel it claims to be.

Staff member was rude and disrespectful. His name is Mario (staff). There wasn't any waffles like they say they serve during breakfast hours.

Beautiful beach view!! We were on the ground level. Just walk right out into the beach

The friendly staff and beach location was excellent. Wonderful pool area with the waterfall is exceptional.

The only problem encountered was with 6-7 bugs my son and I killed. I did notify the front desk about the problem and told them they need to spray for insects in that room.

Extremely outdated and dirty. Most of the staff were rude/unfriendly. The pool has ridiculous rules and did not come close to what’s advertised. Roaches/ insects everywhere. Way overpriced…quality aligns with a $---/ night price point. Yuck…

When first got my room the floor was pretty sandy with sand. Saw two night bugs and killed a large cockroach meaning not a clean place to be for vacation. Free breakfast was ok but not the same thing everyday.

Main and balcony doors were both difficult to operate. Get stuck and hard to close.

The staff was very helpful. Someone hit my car in the garage and they made sure everything was taken care of before we left.

There was nothing I did not like about the hotel it just rained about the whole time we was there but we made the best of it

hottub heater had busted the day before we got there we got there on a Wednesday left following Monday not fixed. That is one of the reason we wanted to stay there cause even though to cold for the ocean we could enjoy the hot tub and view the ocean
