The elevators are a disaster and this is the worst room we ever stayed in at tidewater 2607

The condo was very nice.

The check in process was not good. The owner forgot to send me the check in link and my passcode to get into the condo. The front desk ladies had to call him. Also, there’s a charge for parking.

Gorgeous view of the gulf. Night meteor showers were spectacular. Comfy beds

The view, condo was very lovely.

The elevators were a wait and the wifi was not very good.

Host was very accommodating. Any issue we had he was quick to answer. The room is cute and comfy I would gladly stay her again

Everything the room was great, the view, less than a mile from pier park mall and the pier. Great security.

Getting on and off the elevators was hectic at times, plus I had a van that I couldn't park in garage so I had to go down the road to another resort and pay them to park

Absolutely nothing. It is on the 28th floor. The security and maintenance were both very rude when the smoke detectors started going off at 6:30 in the morning, waking everyone. The owner of this unit was no help either as we found out he called a maintenance man that morning and did not follow up. At 6:30 that evening, the maintenance man shows up and has to change 3 of the 4 smoke detectors as they were from 2006. The water from the refrigerator leaked there were dripping faucets in the bathroom and THIS PLACE WAS NASTY, FLITHY!! THE BATHROOMS WERE NOT CLEAN!! WE SWEEP HAIRBALLS OUT FROM UNDER ONE OF THE BEDS, THE FUNITURE IS DIRTY, THE WIFI AND TV ABSOLUTELY STINK!! THE BALCONY WAS NASTY AND NEEDS TO BE CLEANED. ABSOLUTELY PROBABLY THE WORSE PLACE THAT I HAVE STAYED IN PCB. THE UNIT, THE FACILITY, THE STAFF, THE SECURITY, THE WHOLE 9 YARDS.

The amenities were good

The elevator was so slow and not enough handicap parking and having to give your license to get a cart for luggage need to come up with a better system

The view, and the host did everything to accommodate our needs asap.

Elevators were terrible. Had trouble with the wifi until I reset it. Air unit was working but they sent someone out to fix it. Aĺl in all it was a great place to stay.

I usually love Tidewater, but this time, one elevator was broke the entire stay and the facilities were dirty and the pool was very nasty and it gave everyone in our party a rash from all the scum that was on the top.

The furniture in the condo was stained, old, and uncomfortable, the living room furniturewas not what was pictured in the advertisement. The beds were horrible, felt like sleep on rocks, will take my body a week or more to recover from it. The bathrooms were not clean, dishes in the cabinets were dirty, and all the untesils were just randomly thrown in drawers.

1. The overlook of the beach - saw a lot of stingrays, dolphins and birds. Saw the Blue Angels multiple times a day, kids loved all of that!2. Insanely hot water (shower) 3. Friendly folks4. Pretty family friendly (theater, 3 pools, arcade, food on property, quick access to beach)

1. Elevator wait (all times, not just check-in)2. Several elevators were down for maintenance3. Lots of construction right in front of resort, made walking (or leaving/entering) difficult4. Indoor pool was down for maintenance5. Wifi kept going out6. Lights were TOO dim for a bathroom

Check in was easy. Friendly staff.Handicap accessible. Toiletries provided.Clean towels.Comfortable beds.

When we arrived, there was a spill under a chair that hadn't been cleaned up. Easy clean. Outdoor patio coffee table was unstable and rusty. Not a deal breaker, though. No hair dryer in neither of the three bathrooms. Walmart fixed that problem. So, no biggie!

Security everywhere, considering we had young teens with us I felt safe with them going to the pool and walking around knowing the security was everywhere. The room was everything that was said in the description, was very clean and plenty of linens. The view was amazing!

Check in with the elevators but the only time it was horrible was at check in because everyone was checking in at the same time of course.

Beautiful view, comfortable king size bed. Resort was kept clean. Staff was friendly.

Kitchen was not stocked with enough kitchen supplies, the dishwasher did not work properly, the washer did not work properly, the room itself was not as clean as other places we have stayed in the past. The outdoor furniture needs to be replaced, as it is rusted and falling apart. Also, we had to pay an extra $70 for bracelets for the week that were not included in the total price we originally paid.

Very awesome spacious condo! Will definitely be my go to resort and host! Great views
