The bathroom door didn’t work and I got trapped in. I yelled and woke my husband up and he used a butter knife to get me out. It was terrible — I freaked out

4 night stay. We miss having the room serviced. How do you get another bar soap? After 3 days, I asked one evening at the desk for bar soap, she stated they didn't have any at the desk. No effort was made to get a bar of soap to us.

It is a efficient hotel. Price was good. Clean. No bugs. Worked for what we needed a place to sleep after being on the beach all day.

Could use some upgrades.

Mattress on the fold out was thin.

There was dust everywhere and sand on carpet from previous guests. Cleanliness was not done before I checked in and the bathroom was dirty as well as the floor.

They did a good job renovating this hotel. The location was great and all the staff we encountered were friendly.

I wish there were more hooks in the room for hanging towels and maybe a mat by the door to enter the room that could catch some of the sand.

The view

I did not receive the room I b this ruined my anniversary I expected a Jacuzzi suite, the hotel does not have them as advertised. We never got to enjoy the pool, by the time the crowd was gone it wasnt open cancelling was not an option.

It was directly on the beach, opened the door to a beautiful sight. Had a bar and staff was so friendly.They even updated our room. Bed was super comfy and water was really hot.

I wish the room was a little cleaner. They said the room had been remodeled but it didn't look very updated.

The staff was top notch! The location, parking, room and amenities were better than we expected for the really great price!

Great location on the beach

The hotel was dirty an had blood on the floor. I was bitten all over my body by something that was in the bed (some type of bug!) not happy at all about that¿

Nothing, it was disgusting

The staff was rude, the room was disgusting and dirty, there was mold everywhere. The shower temperature went from ice cold to burning hot at random. We were in the room for 30 minutes and requested a refund and left. Not worth $50 let alone $185. Absurd.

Located near attractions

Poor maintenance, didn¿t have enough towels, didn¿t have ice except for charge. Specifically asked for room on beach side but was across road. Bathroom shower knobs hard to turn on in one br. Other br tub stopped up. Wasn¿t a blow dryer.

Close to all areas

Our first room was very dirty Our second was cleaner but floor where not swept and very dirty.

Hot tub. Is the only thing.

Room smelled like mold No hot water, white stain on couch. And it 5:30 am we found bed bugs. Staff was not helpful about problems. Manager never called us when asked to.

Staff & GM were lovely, very friendly & helpful. Room was clean,comfy & smelled good. Beds were great, ac is cold, nice kitchenette. View is amazing, & pool deck & beach access is large and lovely! Older building, but welcoming & has character & history

Hotel has nice beachfront tower & a separate & very unsavory 2-story strip of rooms across street. They don't tell you in advance the "standard" rooms are across st. GM gave free upgrade, but I would have left otherwise, those rooms made us uncomfortable
