Tv didn't work, room was dirty,

Nothing it was mold in the room.… it had a smell and overall appeared dirty

Everything The swimming pool is very small

Being strps away from The beach was amazing

I did not get the room that I paid for, the hot tub didn't work, the pool had algae growing in it, there were roaches in my room, the shower had no water pressure and barely any hot water, in the a c quit working. Other than that my trip was great

It was on the quiet end of beach.

It was not very clean outside. Definitely needs updating. The smell of weed was around every corner. You couldn?t sit on balcony for weed smell drifting up.

Staff was smoking marijuana in laundry carts left in halls staff was not courteous or welcoming

Rooms with kitchen need a multi cup coffee maker with carafe

Staff was helpful and pleasant and being beachfront was super nice and relaxing. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

3 Light bulbs were out in the bathroom, fridge didn’t work so all my food went bad overnight, we were put in a smoking room, and the tub didn’t drain good so we stood in a pool of water when showering.

No breakfast. Unsure of area safety as we were gone most of the time and didn't use the amenities

Hot tub looked very dirty. No disinfecting practice on tables and chairs around pool.

Outdated furniture and look of room and building also the location is 20 minutes from the strip

Comfy beds & nice staff

Was not cleaned well & very dingy, outdated. Loud if your room is by the pool. Someone was partaking in illegal smoking activities on the balcony right beside a pool full of children. Not worth the price!

Breakfast was not offered.

The television did not work. Maintenance man was not able to fix it.Hotel should of moved us to another room with a working television.

The worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.

This was supposed to be our first wedding anniversary getaway. The beds were wet, there was a dead cockroach on the floor which was also grimy, the paint was peeling everywhere, the whole place was falling apart. The room smelled like mold. We checked in and stayed for an hour, then checked right back out. I still haven’t heard back from the property or booking.com for a refund.

The room was nasty. No chair, no tissues, bathroom fan noise, a/c continuous noise, no beach view from balcony as was requested and paid for; only view were 2 palms trees in front of the balcony, had trouble with the key lock system. Just not what we were expecting for what we paid for the room. Very disappointing.

It was close to the beach and also had a pool on the property.

Very old, moldy. Poor drainage in the tub. Not to mention one of the elevators stopped working.

Location is incredible, decent parking, easy beach access

No toilet paper in the room when we got there, AC not working in the master bedroom/living area, the downstairs ice machine is no longer there so you can’t fill up your cooler before you head down to the beach, used coffee filters were still in the room coffee maker. I think the property must have new management because it has noticeably gone down hill since our stay last summer and summer 2022.

Loved the location . And our room was great !

I didn’t like that the pool was closed when it got dark . The sign said 10 pm but it would close by 8 and that was very disappointing , as I wanted to get in the hot tub .
