Hampton Inn Panama City Beach

The staff and management resolved an issue with %100 accuracy. I had a booking issue and they went above and beyond to straighten out a mess that they didn't even have anything to do with. Hats off staff and management.

Location was great, close enough to the beach to get there quickly, yet close to the event I was in town for. The desk staff were very friendly and allowed me to check in early due to my unexpected early arrival. Friendly staff throughout the facility.

Everything was perfect. I make it a habit of staying when possible at the Hampton Inns when I travel. My favorite part is the breakfast offering!!

The locks were the touch card pad locks and my room key pad had a dead battery. Front desk tried to help by getting me a charger but did not replace the dead battery. Not a good esperience.

Location was perfect for our visit. Seafood and markets in the area.

HVAC made chirping sounds when it turned on but did subside after running a few minutes. Toilet had to be flushed at least twice a few times more. This was a weekend visit and we were out most of the time and did not call to have weekend call person.

There isn¿t a vent in the restroom for handling human business, yet there is one in the bathtub!

The staff was polite and friendly.

The room needed some updating especially in the bathroom. The sheets were clean but slightly stained. The mini fridge temperature control did not work properly.

Within 15 minutes from the beach

The room smelled sour,no housekeeping, no towels until you picked up your dirty ones and carried to the desk, breakfast was a sack with muffin and fruit

Would most definitely stay here again. Staff hoes out of their way to meet you're every need. Even brought popsicles out to the pool for everyone. Cleanest place I've ever stayed in. Already planning to come back here as soon as possible.

Beds were comfortable, staff was really nice, free breakfast was much better than most

Room was dirty...especially rug. After Walking barefoot in room my feet were grey/black with grime.The room smelled like mold.Although I had my do not disturb sign out (I sleep during the day and work the night shift) someone knocked on door.

We previously had a terrible experience with a competitor hotel. Once we arrived at this hotel at the front desk made sure that we had everything that we needed. Excellent customer service! She deserves a raise!!
