The night staff deserves five stars for being amazing, courteous, and respectful

However, the morning hotel manager was rude, judgmental, and ruined a pleasant trip into a highly frustrating experience

poor hotel operations cannot help a broken elevator on a 3 story building...not their fault no parts were available nearby and had to be ordered

nothing particular comes to mind, except an "older facility" that needs a bit more technical maintenance

The location and the cleanliness!

The phone in the room isnt connected. In fact, there is no cord at all.

Location, room size, front desk staff are always nice

The halls are too hot and there isn’t enough parkibg

That it was pet friendly and close to the beach.

The bathroom floor was pretty dirty. I felt sorry for my two pound cat walking on the dirty floor.

The room was clean. Everything worked. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was good and there were a lot of choices. The price was very good.

It is in Bay County, which is horrible. If you have to be in such an evil place at least it is nice to have a good place to stay.

I had bugs and ants in my room and they had no rooms to switch me to. Said someone was going to come by and do something.

The staff was rude! The overnight staff charged my credit card multiple times at 3 in the morning while I was sleep!

The pool and hottub, staff was fairly accommodating, good breakfast

Fridge leaked the entire time, fitness center ac and equipment didn?t work.

The hotel smelled of weed the entire stay and the staff was rude. The only girl that was nice was the girl that checked me out and a gentleman that brought towels to the pool. I had to call down to the front desk and they just put me on hold and forgot.

Staff and managers uncaring and only out for money don't understand when life happens it happens ... no refunds

Room was not clean, manager was apathetic about yellow goo in my shower that clearly was not cleaned anytime soon. Sent cleaner who used a dry washcloth and no cleaning product to wipe it up. Disgusting.

Smelled like a petting zoo. Water was cold . Hall ways and room was hot. Tv wasn¿t showing any pictures just a gray fuzzy screen

Halls were extremely hot. Maybe to keep people from hanging out in them? Washed and dried clothes before leaving. Had only one load and spent 4.00 to dry (2 rounds drying) and still had WET clothes.

The facility is superb. Ultra clean, spacious, well maintained.Parking was adequate and the amenities were well appointed.

Frfont desk staff was less thanwelcoming, though not outright unpleasant. Definitely did not feel welcome. A word of advice about the free breakfast: get there early. The staff is very concerned about closing and cleaning the breakfast area at precisely 9
