The location and the bed was comfortable. The customer service was very friendly and helpful.

The room doesn?t have a microwave. Breakfast could have been better, but it was still good.

I loved the location. Our hotel room was beautiful with a view overlooking the Saint Johns river. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was very good.

I thought I had paid extra for a higher floor but was put on the 2nd floor. I paid for a room with a view- there was a large tree blocking the view. The room was hot, the a/c was weak. The maids left the floor dirty and made the beds 1 time we stayed 4 ni

The staff were super friendly . They put a welcome message on the tv screen for you when you check in . There was a cofee pot and fridge and plenty of storage if need be .

I couldnt change the air conditioning to a higher temp to warm the room . I solved it by putting a pillow over the air vent and pulling curtains over the vent . Would have like to have had a microwave in the room but had coffee pot and fridge

The desk reception staff was terrific. I had to have an emergency package delivered. As an emergency delayed our arrival by several hours, they still had our room were awaiting my arrival to hand me my package, which was medication.

Parking lot was nicely lit. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room exceeded expectations, the bed was very comfy and the sheets were amazing. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Palatka pick this place, it¿s the best in this area.

This hotel accommodated us during Hurricane Ian while we were out of power. The staff worked long hours but made sure we were kept informed of any possible issues.

It was clean, right next to river good breakfast

It is close to a busy road with a steep incline, so you do hear the extra load vehicle's speeding up the hill but it settles down after 10pm or so back at it at 6am

Bedsheets were not clean pillows smell like body odor, stains from someone sleeping in it . Hair in bed from night before dirty. the bed was not changed. No microwave, no breakfast .Out of coffee. Each time l checked twice. Homeless people hanging around

Room was extremely clean and staff was so friendly! Front desk lady that was on the morning of our check out even was willing to help jump start our car when the battery died. Super amazing staff! Will definitely return to this location:)

They rent out conference rooms for parties that sometimes get very loud. I would recommend not putting people in the 2nd floor rooms then. The showerhead is cheap and the handle needs to be turned to full hot to get a temp barely acceptable water temps

All the staff where super friendly. Hotel was clean. Breakfast wasn't much, do to covid. If your looking for a really nice little coffee shop, there is one down the st. This & That. Super nice. Nice view out of the room on to the river.

Overall, the hotel appeared to be very clean and quiet. However, they are currently having a terrible ant problem after the first night I had to be moved from the first floor to a higher floor as they were all over a corner of my room. Still no breakfast

The town of Palatka does not seem like a very safe place in general and as a woman traveling alone, I felt tense and stressed with the surroundings. I will stay at this hotel, again, but not very thrilled.
