Crystal Cove Riverfront Resort

Rooms were modern, clean and tidy. A large selection of bathroom towels was supplied. A sign indicating that if you forgot and toiletries you could visit the front desk for a complimentary replacement.

The room was clean and updated.

The tub dripped loudly and the toilet was wobbly.

This is definitely not a 3 star hotel. All the furnitures were old and torn. Room had a fowl smell of bad carpets. TV was old with poor picture quality. Curtains couldn't be closed completely. May be a good hotel 8 years hotel, not anymore

initial appearance was great but there were hidden problems see below staff said that they were in the process of renovation

The bathroom sink fixtures was inoperative because you could not drain the sink and needed to be replaced. some parts had rust on them and the bathtub fixture that you would used to cause the shower to come on was rusted shut. staff notified of same.

Location was good. Place was clean, few bugs.

It was under improvements they said, but did not see any work getting done. They also have folks, "down on their luck" living at the hotel which was a little odd since they claim to be a river resort.

Smelt funny, toilet was leaking on the floor, no restaurant and the free breakfast is Cheerios, bagel or waffle

Nothing, it DIRTY, the carpet was so disgusting we were afraind to walk barefoot. This place is NOT 3 star,. I stay in roughly 100 hotels for work a year and this one was the dirtiest I've ever see.

Not clean. Sheets had bodily fluid (blood) stains.Obviously, bed was remade without changing sheets. Filthy carpet (dozens of black spots). Towels smelled (vinegar). Worse hotel I’ve been in. Amenities (restaurant, etc.)not available. Web misrepresente

Cute little resort

The shower needed a little work... drain was slow and the handle was leaking water.

Hotel was dilapidated and unkept and did not meet up with pictures that are online . Very dirty and I think it should be explained online that there are permanent residents who live there and have lots of random things outside their doors . And loiterers

It was dirty, mold was on the ceiling in the bathroom and the toilet ran all night.

It was not a 3 star hotel, spent way to much on the room. Very disapointed

For the price it was good for an overnight stay. There's no ambiance here despite its lakeside.

It appears to be just "getting by" but room was well equipped.

Quiet environment with a gorgeous view of the river. Comfy bed is always great. Staff attentive, especially the at the cafe. Will definitely stay again.

A damp smell at check in. Fridge not clean. Low water pressure in shower and slow drain.

The location was good, and the mattress was comfortable. The WiFi worked well.

The free continental breakfast was nearly non-existent. There was almost no food available except waffle mix. The TV in my room did not work. I replaced the batteries in the remote, but was still unable to get power to the set.

It was on the water

There were ants on the sink, a bug crawling on the bed and there was fire at the restaurant so was sent to a cafe for the continental breakfast.

I appreciated the fact that room was accessible by entering through the front door and pass by the desk. The pool area was small but looked well maintained. There were only four rooms in use in the main building, felt like a ghost town.

This hotel is past it's prime. Restaurant was closed and used as a storage for old toilets and junk. I reserved a room with a view, was given one with a view of parking lot, questioned my room and was moved to room with a view.
