- Manager has awful customer service skills.He did know how to process a payment, and asked me how much money I had in my account.The manager was rude and out of order.

- Bugs, smoke detector off the wall, low quality towels, wall electrical outlets hanging off wall, inedible breakfast food, did not clean in between nights, did not have clean towels or bedding, stains on bedding.
- The manager and the room I was given had not been cleaned and the second room has a hole in the wall
- Rude staff ,no coffee, ice machine didn't work
