Very good location, very professional staff, polite, friendly and ready to help.

There were several familes on the 2nd floor that kept their doors open all the time. Kids running and screaming all day either in room or running down halls. Parents did nothing about it

Location was great! It was clean and the staff was helpful.

The Murphy bed was not very comfortable.

Location is excellent. Plenty of space on pool deck and easy beach access. Casual restaurant in hotel offering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and daily drink specials. Great views of beach.

Had no problem parking but parking lot is limited in space if hotel was busier. There is overflow parking available but you do cross a busy main road when walking back to the hotel.

I didn’t have a balcony. I came to Florida for a work from anywhere week and all I wanted was a balcony overlooking the ocean that had a hot tub. When I arrived they said I didn’t have a balcony. And I was put in a room right above the restaurant so there was loud music from 7am to after 9pm. Very distracting to try to work.

Food at beach bucket was good and location of actual hotel was good.

Did not like the fact that we had to go get our own linens, towels, toilet tissue on certain days and make and clean our own bed. With this being our 1st stay here, it would have been nice NOT to have our room right over the kitchen and beach bucket. Floor in bathroom stayed warm/hot...we didn't mind the music...just the noise...ALL DAY plus the jack hammer chopping up sidewalk of shuffle board til after 9pm...couldn't enjoy dining at beach bucket or take nap on our vacation because of noise. Also, parking was very disappointing...only one spot per unit.

Very close to the beach had a resturant onsite that offered breakfast lunch and dinner. Lots of tables on the pool deck. It’s an owner ran resort. Lots of bingo, and activities. Older gentleman working at night on the desk was very helpful. Can easily walk to multiple locations if wanted.

No umbrellas over the loungers only the tables, if you didn’t get out early to reserve a table, even though it said you can’t, you wouldn’t get a table. Lots of families got tables early and wouldn’t come out to use them until mid afternoon. Had one staff that worked in the day, younger, African America female was the least friendly staff out of all of them.

There was some sort of compressor outside my room that kept me awake. I asked before I booked the room if there was an ocean view and they said yes. It was a corner room on first floor so you can’t open the shade because everyone can see in your room and there was no view. If they were honest from the start I would have preferred that. I did complain but nothing was done about the noise or the room

The activities going on throughout the week were a welcome surprise!. Pool area was nice & relaxing. The unit we stayed in was well stocked and clean. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

So many saved lounge chairs by the pool that had towels but no people in them. Chairs empty for hours. Policy should be to remove towels from unoccupied chairs after an hour of non-use. Also, our coffee maker still had the used filter and old coffee grounds in it when we arrived. Difficult to find a parking spot at night but there was security making people from the restaurant moved if in spots for the resort.

Uncomfortable Murphy Bed and pull out sofa bed. Mold on inside window frame. Trash bags in the hallway.

Great location. Love the convenience if the adjoining restaurants and proximity to Publix and other stores.

Parking on the beach in front of the resort hindered our ability to sit on the beach.

The room, pool, and pool deck were great. The location was perfect for our needs.

It is extremely noisy early in the morning with housekeeping or other staff rolling carts loudly in the hallway outside the room. It was impossible to sleep beyond 8AM due to the noise.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Views were amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were great.

The only downside were just that it was older construction so there were some things that were not quite in best repair. The sliding pocket door between rooms didn’t shut perfectly and there were pipe sounds from upstairs neighbors running water.

I don’t think the rooms are checked after a customer has left to make sure everything is working. We were put in a room and the air conditioning had died. It was 78 in the room and it was set on 69 and getting warmer. I went to report it and the man at the desk replied to me “ that’s strange we have a sign stating you aren’t supposed to put it below 70 degrees”. I told him I didn’t do it, something is wrong. The maintenance staff were doing everything they could to get it to work, but finally said the Heating and Air specialist couldn’t get there until Monday to fix it. I went back down to the desk to see what else was being done. The same man was at the desk and said they put in a call to management, but there was no answer and did I ask the Maintenance guys to bring a portable unit? I wasn’t happy and responded, “do you mean I have to ask for that?” I didn’t have to ask, they brought one anyway and installed it. The machine eventually cooled the room to 74 by the next morning, but it was horrible to be able to all night. Amanda called the next morning apologizing for the inconvenience and gave me a choice of 2 other rooms. I selected the one on the first floor, we moved in and then noticed the refrigerator wasn’t working. Thankfully it was an easy fix because it had been turned off.

Cleanliness, outdated the room was dusty, carpet stained The mattress had brown spots, stained no protector. There was a chair with the arm resting filthy covered with a black film of dirt, curtains were dusty. Not all Front desk are friendly or courteous besides couple of them.The pool is small, is not a resort as specified, more of a motel or extended stay vibes.
