- Professional staff
- Criminals prowling the property at every hour of the day and night. People checking every door with access cards trying to get into the rooms without reason. I called the office three times Saturday night when someone break into my room. No answer

- A lot of druggies and drug deals
- No one cleaned the room before I checked in, I had to sweep the floor. No one cleaned the room or provided clean towels during my stay. Horrible hotel no customer service.
