Sleep Inn Ormond Beach - Daytona

I did not get the room I booked. The rooms were disgusting. The amenities in the room did not work. You could see water damage. I was a woman traveling alone and They gave my room card to another guest & he came in my room 5 mins after I got there

Trap house. Drug deals in parking lot. Kids running up and down hallways on scooters. Ice machines not working. Horrible.

Nothing. I’ve emailed the owner for a refund and he’s choosing to ignore me!

The pictures are a lie and even the staff said he needs to give yall ACTUAL photos of this place. It was disturbing, and I have photos.

I love the staff here they do as much as they can to meet your expectations

Yes the garbage all over the parking lots is disgusting snd they need more maintenance men cause this hotel isn’t bad for the price.

Mustiness and simultaneous need for AC and a dehumidifier. Obvious signs of smoking in hotel even though it’s advertised as non-smoking

Filthy room carpet was damp all over and mold on lampshades housekeeping had this room up kept, but it was old and outdated

That was not a hot breakfast only thing they had inside of the juice machine was apple juice. The only thing that there was to eat was banana bread biscuits with gravy and waffles. That was it.

The hot breakfast was horrible

The room smelled musty, the carpet was damp, and the bathroom wasn't clean.The bed sheets were dirty and smelled terrible. There was nothing for breakfast; I went down at 7:30 am and the tables were dirty everywhere, and there was no food.

Disgusting, loud, and drug infested hotel. Nothing but location is good.

Location. Convenience to Interstate 95, Hwy 40, Williamson Blvd and Publix Supermarket.

Breakfast was minimal. No eggs or meat. The only hot item was Biscuits and gravy.

We came in from Texas for the Daytona 500 NASCAR race, proximity to the track was excellent. The hotel is close to all the amenities you need as far as shopping, restaurants, etc! Plus it's right off the freeway, makes easy access.

The staff was very friendly. They do offer a free breakfast, very nice!!

The bathroom was well designed.

My biggest criticism is that there was only 1 chair in our room. That does not provide enough seating for a room that was obviously capable of sleeping 2 people. The room was adequate for 1 night, but we wouldn’t have liked to be there for longer.

The location was great and the bed was comfortable.

If they say they offer complimentary breakfast, the least they could do is have the juice dispenser work and also have a few fruit and hot dishes. Very disappointing breakfast. A few guests came and saw and went back to their rooms.

It’s off in the cut like it’s quiet and peaceful and doesn’t have all that drug activity like a lot of these places around this area and I have much respect for that so I feel safe and everyone is so friendly and breakfast is good and it’s all so great

The only thing I don’t like is there’s no vending machines or ice machine machines on the first floor

Price and location were good. Expectations need to be aligned with what you pay. Room was clean. Close access to the interstate and close to food, Walmart and Publix

Listing "free breakfast" is misleading. As long as all you want is biscuits and gravy they had breakfast but that was it. No chair in the room, iron didn't work.
