I did not like anything at the hotel I did not stay there due to the facts it had bugs crawling everywhere and was denied a refund.

Awful deserves less then a 1 zeros across the board

Homeless sleeping in the breezeway. So many roaches and bed bugs. Sheets had burn holes requested new they said they don’t keep extra. Pillows stained just nasty

Nothing restaurant no breakfast don’t pay extra for first floor you won’t get it anyway. Infested with bugs can’t get clean sheets 1 towel can’t get toilet paper key never works no one ever in the office

Not a place for children, staff does not care about certain guest assaulting others and bring it to their attention and leading you to physically have to defend yourself and children. Disgusting place

The rooms smell horrible and the carpet is dirty and the roaches are very bad and the refrigerator didn't work properly and the people do drugs hangout here and the breakfast never ready and the lobby stay close. I had to change rooms twice

We had an excellent stay, the kids loved the clean pool, the beds and pillows were comfy and great price!

The room smells like mold and the rooms can be more comfortable the air conditioner didn't work and the bathroom wasn't suitable

Front desk staff is awesome

The rooms aren’t cleaned probably and the beds are horrible.

Cockroaches everywhere including in the microwave. Microwave was aged to where it was split in the back enough for them crawl right in.

The comfort of the bed. The condition of the outside of the hotel. Hotel had roaches. Shower curtain was messed up. The beds were not secure to anything. Outlets didn't work.

The roaches did not follow me home.

Roaches, shady activity on property, solicitors, homeless, dirty and blood spots on sheets, walls covered with smashed bugs and who knows what else. No fan in bathroom.

Being on the beach

We wanted and ocean view and we had a side parking lot with a small view of the ocean.

This hotel is absolute garbage! If you look at hundreds of the other reviews you will see that indeed this may be the worst hotel in the history of the world. There is nothing good about this place. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!

Pet friendly, free breakfast

Had issues with the tv and nobody answered the phone or was in the lobby. Entrance door was missing part of the bottom door. No blankets and no face cloths. The lobby was still closed at 8:30am, and could not get the "free" breakfast.

The internet was disconnected and we could not get the tv to work. When I told the employee the next day, she acted baffled that it should have been

Clean linens good pillows.

Dirty carpets. Mold and smell of mold. Air freshener stuck inside air vent of the air conditioner unit. No hot water in the first room.

Dirty, bugs, roaches in the bathroom, smelled like smoke badly even though we had a smoke free room

Run down, remote for TV turned it on but doesn't change the channels. I appreciated they didn't spring the average $100 deposit you probably won't receive back or fake resort fee like most places in florida
