Location is perfect. Staff friendly. Room clean.

The WiFi wouldn’t connect and the signal (Verizon) inside the rooms isn’t great. Rate spikes are high.

It's a nice older property with a mid-century vibe that I like. All rooms except the first floor have good to wonderful ocean views. The price is good too.

The beds were too mushy feeling and soft for my preference.

Employees were wonderful. the location of the hotel is beautiful. It is still being redecorated so it lacks some updating. I would go back again. The breakfast was very good and there was a cline nice dining area.

Hotel room was not clean! Long hair on shower wall, sticky nightstand, gritty floor. Extremely disappointed because the rating claimed clean. Also, the rooms looked nothing like the pictures advertised.

The hotel was under construction when we arrived one whole row had chairs set out with caution tape all the way across them which made parking horrible. We got there after dark and there was no lighted sign on that even helped to locate it

The hotel was being worked on while I was staying there. A tarp on the roof was hanging over the edge blowing in the high winds and making the flapping sound of a large tarp blowing in the wind. Quite annoying all night.

Updated classic sixties motor inn with very clean rooms and great ocean views. Panoramic views from upper floors.

The mattress was pillowy, too soft for me. Parking is tight.

The breakfast was clean with a nice selection of choices.

The room floor was dirty and the room had bugs.

The room was not clean. The bedsheets had nasty stains or something on it. The bathroom was full of hair all over the place and there were people outside the rooms, talking loud, running up and down after midnight.

On ocean Remodeled rooms are lovely! Most comfortable beds! Biscuits with sausage gravy!

No restroom available on ground floor.

Location is good. Refusing to refund money when we immediately checked out due to suspected infestation, not good. Having to fight to get our money back, not good.

Very dirty. We believe there was evidence of bed bugs, which we have pictures of. We did not stay. We only checked in, checked the bed corners and notified the staff at the front desk and checked back out. Now we have to fight to get our money back.

11/04/2024....there are at least seven (7) additional nearby properties being renovated/ReBuilt.....hence some dustiness...Issues with their non-working oceanside swimming pool.

Not really....Busy area for Construction projects.

You could tell the rooms have been remodeled, which was nice. The outside will definitely throw you off, because it looks rundown. The rooms were nice.

We attempted to partake in the free breakfast on day 1, we never went back. It didn't look edible. Every single evening we had to go to the front desk to have our room key reissued. There was no reason for them to deactivate every single day.

The kitchen and the reception staff was incredibly hospitable, and it is indeed oceanfront, not a trick.

Good value for the money.

Under construction. Door to room was very difficult to open and close. Handicap room had a step up into the room making it impossible to drive my mobility scooter into the room.

I love the beach is in the back of the hotel just leave your room and walk 1 min to the hotel. So many great restaurant to eat from. Everything so close by nice area very clean.

This is an old style hotel on the beach. Every room faces the ocean - either angled or straight on. The property is currently being renovated, which it needs. Our room is finished, and was excellent. Very clean and comfortable.

For now the breakfast is the grab and go variety. I'm sure it will improve when the renovations are complete.
