- The personnel is very friendly, the location is the best. Clean, no roaches.

Cons -
- Housekeeping is not honest. My jewelry bag that is GPS TRACKED was not turned into the front desk. I only had one thing in the bag I cared about and asked to be returned to me. A bracelet from my dead mother!
- Hot tub unavailable, roaches and the bath tub backed to ankles when showering
- 2 elevators not working, hot tub closed and abandoned (they gave up on fixing it). It feels like they are giving up on what could be a great hotel. Decent for 1-2 nights, but that's it.
