- The convenient location.
- Clean, friendly staff, close to UCF. I liked that the room was cleaned everyday. I didn?t expect that.

Cons -
- A gas-like smell in the lobby as you entered the elevators. Multiple guests commented on it.
- Weight room broken equipment and no hand sanitizer or equipment wipe down sanitizer. Bench cushions were cracked and unsanitary. Complimentary breakfast would be nice
- The cleaning staff couldn't speak English. Hard to communicate what I wanted
