- I don?t understand why the reviews were so bad , we had a great experience
- Location, location and the Staff
- Location. Staff texting about satisfaction with room at beginning of stay was nice. They did resolve the issue I knew about at that time.
Cons -
- The parking fee
- The mold smell in all the halls and the hotel room doors do not securely close unless you pull and slam the door. The hotel just needs updating.
- Tv didn?t work the whole weekend, told the front desk and the cleaning staff lead and it never got fixed, breakfast not included as it usually is at this chain
