Rodeway Inn Orange Park - Jacksonville near Naval Air Station

The assy. Manager has been very nice and making sure im good with everything hard worker doing more than required for her job. Doing other people's work. Asset to this hotel

No pool, no breakfast or complimentary breakfast snacks , every room should have a microwave, and refrigerator . Basic needs of a traveler. Not an answer of some rooms have them some dont. Redirectculous.

The convenient location and the staff is always accommodating and very nice!

The floors in the room could have been a little cleaner.

The hotel was dirty, had a broken security latch, which I notified the staff, but the previous tenant had broken it. They informed me and never fixed it.

I had a medical emergency with my mother. She fell while moving and I was unable to make the checkin I called next day to inform them and they acted like so sad to bad...NO

There was one lady there that was absolutely amazing and I would give her a 10 out of 10 she's an absolute doll and is very professional

There was a guy there that said he was the owner or something at one point and he was not as friendly as the lady and made me do more work than needed to try to extend my friend stay when he was there for quite a while and a lot of money was put

i did not stay after seeing the room. we went to the nearby Merriott instead. Zen was not as nice as the internet photo and had an odor to it.

The ac was cold

The floors were disgusting my daughters legs and feet were black from crawling on them, the bathroom was disgusting we saw a couple roaches¿¿ the hotel refused to refund me and wouldn¿t clean the room. I had to buy supplies to clean it

Easy access to food.

We parked in an alley. People sitting outside the rooms. Lots of people. Staff rude, a 10x10 pillow and wouldn't give me another one. Nowhere to sit in the room. Lamp had no shade. Worse motel! Fearful of all people nestled in the ALLEYWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rooms were dirty, foul smell and unidentified bugs. Dead and alive

The hotel room had roaches, it was dirty, towels were dingy and smelly and the whole parking lot including corridors smelled like one big weed joint!! Never again will I even look at that hotel again!!!!

After seeing how nasty the room was, I asked for a refund, and they gave $12 back out of $--- I did not even stay longer then 10 min while on the phone with booking, will never use this hotel or site again.

Nasty, dirty, bed bugs, mold, dirt on floor, dirty bedding, mildew in the bathroom, room damaged. 100% nasty!

This is not a good motel. Staff caters to those they want hotel employee and will not accept service animals.

Charges outrageous deposits for service animals.

Staff rude. Room shoddy. Web says pet friendly, sign in lobby stating no pets. I have a service animal, but left her in the car, so didn't have to deal with any stupidity there. Saw one bug on the floor crawling around. Overall scuzzy place.

Everything,the staff was rude,it was nasty,the ac didn't work and the staff wouldn't do anything. Wanted to check out after the first day and they said I would not get my money back for the second day. Worst hotel I have ever been to. Wouldn't use again.

disgusted. Clerk recommended I inspect room first. I have pictures: bed spread had 2 bleach stains; bathtub looked broken; towel rack missing; they asked for a $20 deposit for incidental damage, to be refunded after inspection. Double charged my card.
