Hampton Inn & Suites Jacksonville/Orange Park FL

My room was not ready until 4:45 instead of 3:00 as it should have been.

Staff, breakfast.

Shower should have a floor mat for us old people, slippery. Air conditioner is noisy.

I liked the free upgrade to a suite that I received. There seemed to be blood splatter in the back of the bathroom door however.

Looked like the bathroom wasn?t cleaned at all.

Close to our wedding venue

1st the dog smell in our room was unbearable. I love dogs but I didn?t pay to smell like one. There needs to be separate rooms that animals aren?t allowed. 2nd) The second elevator was down all weekend, very inconvenient.

complimentary breakfast needs to be improved. Room smelled like a wet dog. you should have only certain rooms available for pets.

Location

There was no water/water pressure for quite some time during my stay. No water, no shower when needed to get ready for a wedding.

The breakfast was delicious and had great selections.

We were sound asleep and at 3 AM a lady was in the hallway talking on her cellphone!!!

Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff, great breakfast!

This is an awesome place to stay. Very exceptional staff! Delicious food and best of all Pet Friendly.

Nice Design. The lobby is beautiful. The rooms are nice.

The room was not as clean is it should be. The whole place needs better cleaning. Hilton Hotels lack the level of cleanliness I think they should have higher standards. This is not the first time I have told them.

The hotel is nice especially for the price. However, they let us check in like normal KNOWING the power was out. We had to walk next door to heat up food , charge our phones, etc. we didn¿t get power until it was time to check out

The hotel is very clean as expected from Hampton Inns. The location is safe, well lit, and is somewhat close to restaurants.

The breakfast was absolutely terrible, which is so not typical of Hampton Inns. The eggs were ice cold and the offerings were somewhat limited. There was very little left at 9am and breakfast didn¿t end until 10.

THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN, THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY, AND THE ROOMS WERE EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE. GREAT NIGHT'S STAY!

The only thing that was a little inconvenient was the ironing board. It was short and not tall enough for us to fit our clothing properly.

Very quiet, in a heavy traffic area, still quiet.

The entrance was hard to find coming from the north direction.

Price was relatively high for the overall accomodations. The breakfast buffet was almost completely empty with an hour still left for breakfast without being refilled. We were unable to get a late checkout and they would not print out my bill

The staff, breakfast and room were all very good. Super impressed with the breakfast buffet! So many choices and everything was delicious! It¿s the best I¿ve been too. The staff was super friendly, the room was nice, bathroom good size. I would stay again

Our bathroom had a sliding barn foot that shared the closet and both room. It didn¿t lock and I found that strange.

The breakfast was good, coffee was excellent. The hotel was quiet and clean. The workout room was clean and had a good selection for a small hotel. The staff was very welcoming and professional. Parking was easy and plentiful. It was a very good stay.
