Staff was amazing!

No complimentary breakfast for the cost of the rooms. Also having handicap room on the second floor is very unsafe if there’s a fire.

Very clean and staff was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating.

Price was extremely high for what you get. Rooms have a strange odor. I would never recommend the hotel to anyone.

The remodel ,and it was quiet best thing was firm bed !!

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, although the bed was a little hard the pillows made it easier to sleep.

Didn't think the room fit the description it was given especially for the price.

The staff was very rude and had a bad attitude They tell they will clean your room but they don't.... no even clean towels.

hot tub not open, no mentioned of this upon booking or online. Breakfast is over priced and you can not order it to the room

The bed seemed to be clean and it was comfortable.

There was an awful smell in the lobby and hallway and I didn't like the fact that for the money you pay per night you still have to pay for breakfast.

The young lady and gentleman checking in were friendly and courteous. The night staff was courteous and speedy with assisting me with my concerns.

The pool and hot tub was out of order there were piles of laundry and trash all over the hall on the second floor for 2 days

Daughter and I were there because they close the hospital where he was at in critical condition. Every person in your staff went above and beyond to help us. I am so grateful to  every single staff member.

Comfortable beds, clean, staff was top notch. Highly recommend this hotel

No it was perfect.

I loved the big chair in the corner and the walk in shower. It is especially hard for a short person to get into the tall bed so I spent most of the time in the chair. An ottoman would have been nice to have. Overall it was a great stay!

Bed just a little to tall for short people. Bed cover was very heavy and if I used just the sheet it was too cold. A light weight blanket and an ottoman would have been just like home.

That is was only about 30 mins from the place I was going

The first room I was put in was dirty and old food was left in the refrigerator. And the lady that checked me in was very rude and disrespectful

The room was new and clean

The A/C did not work and I reported it to the front desk but it was never fixed. Also there was a power surge to the outlet where the microwave was plugged in and I had to unplug it to keep it from coming on every 45 secs to 1 minute. Also no whirlpool

The staff was terrific

They were remodeling and had signage announcing it but there was quite a bit of dirt and an odd smell that didn't seem related to that

This hotel was under construction: lobby unavailable, construction materials stacked in parking lot, no notice ahead of time. I will have to pay cancelation fee because I didn't want my daughter to drag hrr wedding dress through that mess!

Yes, living room tv did not work, we asked twice for it to be fixed and was never fixed the 7 days we were there.

Housekeeper missed cleaning my room and refrigerator stopped working and started humming very loudly I turned it off. Not worth the money.

No clean towels. All I was given is $20.00 off my room. I feel a full refund should have been given.
