Location worked while traveling

Towels were terrible, small and scratchy. A couple of lights in the room did not work.

FOUND ROACHES IN THE ROOM. SHEETS NOT FITTED TO THE BED. COULD NOT GET EXTRA TOWELS UNLESS WE TURNED IN OLD ONE. BREAKFAST WAS UNSATISFACTORY. NO MILK AVAILABLE. WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.

It was ok for a day I was there..

Their is service charge on top of the rate you pay. I paid 50 dollars. It could have been up to 100. You get it back, it not very good if you nothing about until you get there.

The staff was pleasant. The room was very nice.

The fridge was not cold only cool.

The staff always make me feel welcome and at home. The rooms are clean, Great hotel for the price. My go to when in the area.

Location was good and a reasonable price! Housekeeping was everyday with fresh towels and kept the room clean.

Noisy street noise and heat didn't work properly. Missing some of the main TV stations.

My reservation had a 12 noon check out and the staff kept harassing us to leave at 11am. Nobody at the hotel said it was an 11am check out when we checked in. 3 times they bothered us to leave and said the time was wrong on my reservation.

The staff was nice

The room smelled horrible, there were roaches in the room. The "Breakfast" they serve consist of Coffee, juice, twinkies & oatmeal.

Shower had good water pressure

There was NO breakfast as was advertised and which was part of my decision to book this hotel. 2 years into COVID and they STILL haven¿t changed the description of amenities to omit the breakfast. Wireless internet was extremely weak or unavailable

The Staff was very helpful and considerate of my circumstance and was able to make some necessary adjustments on my behalf. I'm very grateful for that!

There were a few unexpected critters in the bathroom. Though it was a nonsmoking room there was a smoking astray on the window outside the room with a few cigarette buds on it. The smell of smoke makes me nauseated.

hotel employee was rude at first. I needed to si down and there was nowhere to sit. I just went back out to my car and waited. The 1st room she changed me into, 143, had no lights, no phone and no plug-ins between the beds. Mind I am handicapped and was having

They advertise that breakfast is included and it doesn¿t. That should be corrected.

Yes we requested non smoking and this room smelled of smoke horrible !! My daughter has allergies and was up all night sneezing...

Cleaning crew leaves several doors open while working, dead beats sitting at benches watch, one sneaks in the room steals my shorts off the bed, jokes on you bud, you got nothing.

EVERYTHING ! DIRTY room, HORRIBLE STAFF AND MANAGER, horrible location everything about this place was AWFUL and I'm still waiting for my refund that I have no received we we didn't even stay at this location. We were there for 5 minutes and left.

Outside location looked nice. Pool looked clean.Non smoking room was great,except they put me next to a smoking room.

When i got to Days Inn, They stated that my reservation was cancelled. They transferred me to Quality inn which I took..The coffee maker,blow dryer didn't work.The bed was tilted. It was an experience to remember. Walls to thin,heard conversations.

It's an older hotel so it isn't as nice as some. Things look worn but they were fine. There was quite a bit of noise since it was bike week.
