Best Western Plus Palm Beach Gardens

Beautiful little boutique type hotel, the staff is amazing. It is clean and we loved our room. We had a suite. The location is awesome and we will come back again.

The curtain in the room center section is too thin you can see through and you can't close the end curtain that is uncomfortable

Asked hotel worker the location of breakfast and she said she don't speak English. The tub was stained so it looked dirty.

I just wanted hangers and could not get any. The room had bugs too

Staff moved me to another room after the roaches came out in my room without any issues.

There were roaches in the room on nightstand and headboard. I was sitting in bed and looked over and the roaches were on the headboard watching tv road watching tv with me.

No volume on tv when called down I was told they are full so I just had to deal with that not happy at all

Hotel room was very outdated, the sofa smelled like mildew and the carpet looked old and faded. The bathroom was nice and remodled. Breakfast was fair.

The water was not hot, plus no WIFI and the rooms are outdated.

I got the disabled accessible room but wow.. 1: there are no mirrors someone in a wheelchair can actually use and 2: the shower just pours water into the whole bathroom and the shower head is so hard and brutal it felt like an assault not a shower.

Upon entering the room, two of the lamps weren't working, the toilet was running, the water pressure in one of the sinks was horrid. The square pillows were too small to be comfortable to sleep. I found a large palmetto bug near the plug in the room too

Room smelled musty and was outdated

The restaurant was lovely and the food was wonderful. The location is beautiful.

The room smelled extremely musty and moldy like a house from the 1920s just opened up. The sheets the pillows the surfaces and the flooring was all damp. It was a very dark room and many of the lamps did not work. The TV did not work.

We have stayed here 7 different times in the past 4 months. We love this place always friendly and clean rooms

The rooms were clean no mold or mildew the staff were all superfriendly the grounds were clean the pool was nice and it was close to everything. I loved my stay there and if I return in future i will definitely book there

I saw a german roach and it wasn't pleasant

Omg the first room bathroom not clean mold.so they moved me to 2nd floor was a little better bathroom the elevator was out of order for the three days plus the 1 extended.and i was lucky people were complaing no water to bathe with

Staff was friendly!!! Bathroom was the only thing update and decent shower curtain filthy but tub was clean!!

Loud activity one guest was having a physical and verbal fight over drugs a new born 2 month old was in the room loud banging kicking the baby screamed for hours!!

The staff were very helpful and kind. Hotel employee do a great job. Took good care of us. The room was comfortable.

Pillows were kinda small.

Unfortunately I dont have anything positive to say.

The room smelled moldy. There was a dead roach on the door to the mini refrigerator. There was rust on the bathtub and the tissue holder.
