Nocturne Motel

The Nocturne was great. The room was clean and the staff were very hands on. I really appreciated the rate they were charging ( because of large event nearby, ALL other hotels were gouging the public (300-400 per night.) The nocturne kept the price down.

And then two more doors inside the room that led t o where we don't know, the vent in the bathroom sounded like a tank

I did not. The value was not there. Place is next to a funeral home. Major creepy.

I liked nothing about the place. I would in no way recommend the place. It was not worth it at all.

We got there quite late and the lady we woke up (owner?) gave us each a bottle of water. I think we looked pretty worn out. We left her a half a case of water when we left.

I don't think the floor was swept when we got there. It felt gritty to my feet. It is a very old motel and needs some repairs but I think the older lady is doing her best.

I love the staff, very attentive and available if needed.

I liked the location and the price. The owner was present and very friendly. It was outdated decor; but I guess that comes at a higher price.

Wish we had had a bottom floor. The stairway was hard on the knees, and the handrail was so dirty we had to wash out hands immediately. The bathroom is very tightly spaced.Small thin old towels.

The room and building was clean. You can tell eventhough the building is old it has been kept up nicely! No sketchy charaters hanging around, we felt very safe! Who needs a pool when the ocean is 9 minutes away! The facilities and room were perfect for us! The location was great! Super quiet community in a lovely, beautiful town!

Everything was great . Just not newly renovated very old fashioned. The staff and the people were so nice and informative. I would stay here again. !

I liked the location and it was perfect for what was needed at the time and for 1 night. I appreciated the room having a refrigerator.

The refrigerator was not plugged in when I arrived which would have been convenient to already have it cold.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Rick and the staff were super nice!

The structure is pretty old, thought clean.

Room had musty smell. Air conditioner neededA filter change.

Clean room, convenient location for the Art Show, friendly, responsible manager.

Price too high, bathrooms way too small, I didn't like the bed.
