Bathroom items not replenished . Room cleaning done every other day- with a 2-day stay you don?t get a clean room! $24.50 per day charge for car parking is on the expensive side!

Very clean and convenient to Flagler Ave. A nice go to if you are visiting New Smyrna

No Sanitizers in the lounge/breakfast area. Otherwise, well placed by elevator and door entrances. (I work in healthcare field).

The hotel is clean and lovely along Flagler Ave. While you do have to pay $22 for parking it is wonderful to not have to think about where your vehicle is or if it is getting towed, well with it. We stayed here in 2019; same today. Glad we stayed.

The room and hallways need new carpeting. Our HVAC wasnt working properly and the noise kept us up all night. Unhappy to pay to park ?!?!?

I didnt know you had to pay for parking I paid $85 for four days and theres no refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms. I recommend staying on the top floor. You can hear the people walk above you..

Working very close to job. Location excellent. Breakfast choices were good.. Staff excellent, awesome home made candy and ice cream shop across the street.

The coffee was not so good¿. (Thank goodness coffee shop down road.) No cream options at all and no non dairy also no sugar option it¿s watery coffee definitely in need of a favor .. King bed very hard..

There was a surprise $20/per day charge for parking. That would have been nice to know ahead of time.

Location. It was close to a central area. Able to access local stores and attractions near by.

Front desk staff was unfriendly and not very welcoming. Specifically the blonde woman with tattoos. Her attitude was very present during the check in process. There was also poor communication with other staff members about customer concerns.

One of the most beautiful hotels located downtown New Smyrna Beach, FL Easy check in. So convenient to everything NSB offers. Will definitely go back and spend time at The Hampton Inn.

The only disappointment in the room there is no refridgerator or microwave. Luckily I had my cooler for all my water bottles.

It was walking distance to many restaurants. Breakfast was good. Hotel seemed clean. Staff was friendly and helpful

There was no refrigerator in the room (but there was always plenty of ice in the ice machine). Egress from the parking lot was on a very busy road and into heavy traffic at most times. I was double charged for parking for each of my two day stay. W

It's a beautiful looking building and the hallways were just steam cleaned so it smells good

Now it's good until you got into the room I get that I had an animal but my dog is very clean and well taken care of I dropped something on the floor and use the wipe to clean it up and the wipe was filthy the room stunk they have a hidden fee $75 for pet

Hotel use to be a great property but now they charge $15.00 per day for parking and they have gated the entire parking lot with annoying gates to make sure they get their money. The gate failed & I had to return to the front desk, another hassel.

$15.00 per day for parking at a Hampton with no additional amenities or better food? Just money gouging, pure, plain, and simple! I will no longer stay there. They charge resort parking and they are far from a resort.

Location was perfect. Property, building and room where clean and quiet. Has an old florida feel. Steps to the beach and ice cream.
