Got Covid and they refused to cancel my reservation and charged me anyway

Clean and friendly staff very good location

One of the elevators was out of order and it was a Pain waiting when it was busy but the day we left it was fixed

The front desk staff were amazing! Great location walking distance to the mall and several restaurants. Close tot he airport. Rooms were updated and clean. Beds very comfy! The pool area was very nice. I had a great experience!

Location, Cleanliness

The front desk woman was terrible energy, complaining to us about her hours, difficult to work with. The evening front desk person was OUTSTANDING, energetic, true front of house top service.

When any of us took a shower in the bathroom, water was flooded everywhere. The floor of the bathroom was flooded everywhere 24 hrs everyday during our stay and was dangerously slippery. One of us fell in the bathroom due to the slippery/wet floor.

Tv kept flickering. WiFi has bad reception.

It was an easy check in process and very clean.

Free Breakfast was not included and what was available for purchase was less than to be desired. We have stayed at other hotels during the pandemic. They were able to provide a modified buffet where the guest did not serve themselves.

The staff was very nice. The hotel was very clean and location was excellent.

I stay there every Friday nite. I am a retired police officer. I work special duty for apple in miami store. . 12 h shifts fri and sT I live in boca. Raton . My room was a handicapped room. The room smelled like pure smoke nasty. Hair womens hairno hot

No. Hot water. Womens hair all over shower floor. Nasty

Location...staff was very helpful and friendly. My friends met me and were able to do things together in lobby lounge area.

The bed was a little hard fit my taste...in the lobby lounge area there were crackers or chips on the floor by a table for three days until I pointed it out to the desk clerk.

Hotel employee at the front desk was absolutely excellent. He patiently answered all my questions, showed me around the felicity and short of escorting me to my room, he walked me towards the elevator. It is a breath of fresh air speaking to someone so helpful.

Only wished each room had a microwave so to not have to leave the room & use the one in the lobby specially during this pandemic, other than that, Im 100% happy with my stay.

After I booked it I discovered that it didn’t offer shuttle service. I contacted courtyard Marriott customer service and they said it is listed that they did but may have changed it. This is at the doral location.

The hotel refused to call over to the other Mariot hotel to exchange reservations since the one one south side of the airport had a shuttle. Mariot customer service said they could but it is up to the individual hotel to decide. The Marriott doral would

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They all made me feel comfortable from day one.

I wish the shower heads were hand held. The cleaning staff doesn't come in daily to clean due to covid, so cleaning the shower is a bit difficult. It would be easier for the staff as well if they were hand held.

Location.

Room appeared extra clean! But then, with a wet towel, were able to remove red wine stains on bed sheets which indicates that our bed had unwashed sheets!!! No wonder bed had itching bugs!!!

The price.

NOISY. The parking lot adjoins a mall. The area is noisy with cars. The locals must watch The Fast and The Furious daily.

You’re literally in the same plaza as dolphin mall and by all  the restaurants you name it. The staff was very friendly, hotel employee is the best.

Only complaint is the elevator feels like your on a theme park ride

the front desk was phenomenal. Very clean rooms and fantastic location.

Location was amazing. My entire family loves to shop so we were surrounded by great malls and stores.

Due to Covid19, there was no breakfast available and my family had to leave every morning to find breakfast/food. The rooms weren’t cleaned daily, towels piled up, I had to get my own fresh linen and towels daily. Inconvenient but I understand.
