SLS LUX Brickell

Location

Hotel advertised car drop off within 2 miles and access to SLS beach club. They no longer offer either.

Leaving as we felt trapped like prisoners since they decided to have a party for the developer of the hotel for our entire stay. We we not allowed to use any of the amenities on site. NO POOL NO SLS BAR NO KATSUYA AS OUR RESERVATION WAS NOT HONORED.

See above...MOST IMPORTANTLY WE CALLED THE HOTEL AHEAD OF ARRIVAL AND NO ONE COMMUNICATED THAT THE INFINITY POOL OR KATSUYA WOULD NOT BE ABAILABLE DUE TO THIS PLANNED-IN ADVANCE PARTY. They said it was a last minute decision.

The ambiance and decor of this hotel is spectacular.

I wish the hotel bar stayed open later and room service was available.

Location is perfect.

Not enough light in the bathroom to do makeup and not enough vanity/counter space in bathroom.

We were directly above the club which vibrated through our room until 4am on both Friday and Saturday. The noise from revving cars was also excessive, though we acknowledge that’s not the hotel’s fault. It was our third visit, but based on the above it is unlikely we will return.

The location very central. Hotel was clean and staff very kind.

The noise until 3:30am

Location in Brickell district very good. Easy walking distance to excellent restaurants and night life.

Breakfast not very convenient, no indoor enclosed dining area - not comfortable during inclement weather. HVAC system very noisy, and proximity to nearby roof-top bars made for very noisy & sleepless night. For the high cost, expected a more luxurious stay. Onsite parking very expensive, wouldn't recommend this location for visitors traveling by car.

Only the location was convenient!

The staff unfriendly and unresponsive when needed items for room after asking for them 5 hours advance. Room smelled poorly.

We have stayed several times. The location in Brickell is walkable. The pool is sublime. The staff is service oriented and lovely. There is no request that goes unanswered.

The parking situation & fees change every time we stay.

Location was great, the room service was ok

the valet was expensive and slow. The room was noisy and not insulated, i can hear everything from the hallway to the rooms next to mine. Overpriced and i doubt its a 5 star hotel. Never again.

They had 2 elevators and both of them were broken. During our stay, one never worked, the other one was frequently out of service. We couldn't go up to our room or get out unless an employee from the hotel takes us through the service elevators. Terrible experience especially you are on holiday.Also one morning there was no water and TV was on and off. Other then the location, I do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. You would be paying only for the location. Totaly mismanagement.

i booked 2 rooms for they charge me $171.76+$110 for services but one elevator was out of service the entire time, and both were down for several hours at one point. A staff member had to escort us via the service elevator, and some times we use the stairway &other guests were also frustrated. also they take daily deposit($250 each day for each room they charge me &2000)still not received the amount to my credit card/very bad experiance this is scam hotel >

The location, close to the airport. The rooms were large, the bathroom was great.

The shower pressure wasn’t great. The laundry unit didn’t work.

Lack of water

The location, the room was spacious.

The toilet needs to be updated, everything about it was not comfortable, the toilet flush was not working as well we had to call their plumper multiple times and he wasn’t cooperative, also there were no slippers for the whole stay, each time we ask for it they say we ran out of them, and when we checked-out we asked for a large SUV they said it’s either Suburban or Escalade, then we received a Honda van!

Location was great. Food by the pool was very nice however, drinks took a long time to be made and brought over.

The room service is only available until 5pm which was a big disappointment. The pool could have been cleaner.

Great location, rooms were huge and very comfortable and luxurious.

No indoor breakfast , but loads of options close by and 9th floor outdoor breakfast

Price is on the high end and there was no restaurant/bar open in the hotel which I found disappointed at thaT PRICE LEVEL.
