Yes. While I have no problem paying parking. The paper to display on your windshield can be forgotten . After a medical appt tired and forgot to display the ticket, only to find a sticker on the windshield. There should be a system to log plate numbers.

It?s close to the airport. Offers free great breakfast and also free shuttle service to the airport.

The owner amd manager who confronted our guest in front of other hotel guests and verbally assaulted our guest requiring him to check out even though we had prepaid for three nights stay

Dirty, rude staff.I bathroom did not even clean. There were men hairs , dirt was in the shower. Bathroom door has some dirty area, I could able see people finger prints, dirts on the door

Arrived from the airport, from a very delayed flight at 3 am. No shuttle at that time but Lyft was only $10. They were super nice at out check-in and gave us late check-out for free. Next day we had another late flight and you can stay in the lobby

The pool was kind of boring, but we didn't use it

The hotel was pretty busy but they had free coffee all the time. The breeze breakfast and Libby was very comfortable and yummy. I especially liked in the parking lot they had a food truck. Cuban foods that was nice when you got hungry. Overall good

Proximity to airport

Lack of assistance to pickup airport shuttle. Bus NOT ell Marie and was completely different color and look and logo than other Hampton Proprties . I gave waiting after half hour and PAID FIR A TAXI when the shuttle was one of the key reasons to book!!!

NOT CLEAN. I found hair in my bed and on the towels. The bathroom corners were FILTHY. I notified the front desk and they didn¿t have another room to put me in NOR would they refund me.

I selected this hotel for the pool because I was traveling with kids and the pool was not open because they didn¿t have the correct chemicals to treat the pool. Not one deck of cards or a game onsite. I was told manager would contact me about a refund an

Great location, clean throughout, and wonderful staff.

There is no casino like it says. There is no restaurant onsite. Room was no clean. Staff was so disrespectful to me and ask me to move aside so she could help the white woman behind me. I was were uncomfortable this whole trip.

There was no right about this place. I love Hampton Inns but this just made me never again.

It's literally across the street from the airport. There's a nice outdoors pool area.

They charge an addt'l $10 per night for parking in hotel lot,behind a gate,so no one else could park there anyway-taking advantage of Miami's parking problem.You must also ASK for your room to be cleaned.We asked front desk,but they didn't clean it anyway

It was a typical Hampden IInnclose to the airport.

The staff were rather rude. Although we were checking in at midnight with a disabled person in our group , we were told we could not park briefly at the front door. The desk staff were perfunctory.
