Main lift not working at the start of our stay - use goods lift.Unable to get electronic lock working to apartment door however was given key which was very useful.

Great property to stay for short term periods. The gym is small but it has enough for you to get a good workout. The pool is nice but the water is so cold! There are restaurants, coffee shop, grocery store all within a couple of blocks of the building.

The main elevator is always broken, despite them having technicians coming in to work on the problem. There's usually one working at all times along with the staff elevator on the other side of the building, but for the amount of people that stay here it's not enough.

The location was great. Ac was not cool enough

The bathroom and kitchen were not clean properly. The bathroom show had lots of hair, and the kitchen floor was not cleaned. Also, consider putting a kettle in the kitchen and toaster. Sandwich press did not work.

Everything was simply beautiful. We had a small issue in the beginning and guest services took care of it right away and made the rest of the stay great. We have already booked for next year!

The pool should stay open later! Too beautiful and serene to close at 7pm

It wasn’t that clean and lack of kitchen utensils.

Front line staff were all nice and their effort appreciated. I felt they had seen this mis-representation before and were trying their best to manage it.

In my opinion this was mis-sold and mis-represented on Booking as a hotel. It’s an apartment share in a large, modern apartment block. Many things wrong compared to regular hotel. 90 minute check in effort- back and forth calls to Provident night manager (not onsite). Building concierge has no task other than to provide check in elevator ‘tag’ and room code.I re-checked against the advert today. If it is a short term vacation rental …then it shouldn’t be under hotels and it shouldn’t claim a microwave as sufficient to make a single below average sized room - in my opinion - a ‘vacation stay apartment’.Over priced, no parking (mis-stated on booking),no daily service, room is separated from main apartment by a door so thin the light from next door shines through. Luckily the gentleman next door played Mozart so could cope…The elevator ‘tag’ was broken (confirmed by building concierge) so couldn’t come and go as needed until it was replaced day 2 of three day stay.One of the two bedroom side lamps was broken. The slow draining sink became completely blocked on last morning of a 3 night stay. There was no chain on the front door (the fitment was there but no chain). The spy hole was stuffed with toilet tissue.Yale code lock was inoperative one night. Let’s be generous and call it operator error. In a normal hotel that would immediately have been resolved. 45 minute wait until 10:30pm for hotel maintenance gentleman to arrive from Provident Blue hotel which was a 14 minute walk away (this was not the responsibility of the building concierge).The Provident Grand auxiliary onsite office was not open at any time where normal business people come and go for daily work to their offices. I received 4 stern letters that I must come the next day before 3 pm to complete the check in process ‘NO EXEMPTIONS’. Eh? Check in the day after you arrive somewhere and then send stern reminders that there are ‘no exemptions’ on day 2. Try that at a Hilton or intercontinental.

Location was great. Staff was courteous.

Washer detergent holder broken. Reported to office. Apartment had no hot water. Reported to office. Closet lighting was not working. Reported to office. No tv, internet, or wifi for 3 days. Reported to office. Office worker came to verify and the tv, internet, and wifi was still down. Stated he had to contact the internet company. Was not resolved during our stay. Pool was under construction and this was not disclosed when we booked our stay. So disappointed. Was told we had to use the pool at another facility. Not what we expected at all.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel . A few places to eat and very close to the clinic I needed to visit .

Upon arrival we had a late flight coming in and once we arrived at the hotel the desk staff had NO knowledge of my reservations. And the office that would have handled my reservations was closed ! They close at 5pm ! So we were giving a random room that once we checked around was very unclean and not ready ! The water pressure was super LOW . They were doing construction on top of the hotel so the pool was not available and the NOISE WAS DISTRACTING AND VERY LOUD FROM 7am till afternoon. The boiler in one of the bedroom was LOUD and made it very hard to sleep on vacation. We had to walk daily to the nearby hotel pool And lastly the WiFi was inoperable!!!!! Which you needed to watch tv . So no tv… no pool … loud construction noise …. Very low water pressure for the sink and shower … I paid over 3k for this very mid hotel experience.

The property is bright, neat and spacious

Great location, great view from the residences. Me and my family are satisfied with staying at this place!

I had no Hair dryer, Iron or Wifi and was there for 3 nights. I tried calling the number on the card left in room and and had zero help on the situation.

Unfortunately, on the day of arrival they called me that they had a problem with my confirmed and prepaid reservation. Alleging a problem with their system. They were offered another property nearby called Provident Doral at the blue. Which was fine but it is a much older establishment and not worth the price, conditions and locations we asked for. I have to say that the attention of the staff at the place was excellent.

We loved that there was a park in front of the building and we could take our dog for a walk there. We also loved the strip of bars right next door to the building.

Although it was advertised that the pool was not going to be accessible until the end of March, we didn't like that we had to pack and go to the building next door just to enjoy sitting by the pool. We didn't like that the temperature of the business room was set at a low temperature. Everyone we encountered in this room agreed that the room was too cold and it was difficult to sit for an hour straight to get some work done.

Location and the neighborhood

The apartment was dirty. I did share my feedback with the staff, but there was no reaction.The staff wasn't helpful Received a notice for double parking payment despite I was given 2 parking spots Was given a key but was not able to access from the garage to the main building

They one more fob for building access in apartments with 2 rooms. The tvs are horrible to work - remote controllers not working properly

Is not a hotel but an apartment. So breakfast we had to make our own. Wonderful view. Close to a Publix and (expensive but not always good ) restaurants. Very friendly and helpful office staff!

The elevator was far.

Property is beautiful. Central location to everything. Publix is right across the street and short walk away from a beautiful strip of restaurants.
