- They stated they upgraded my room and it wasn't even close in comparison to the suite that I ordered. I had to show them the email stating the room I got before they switched. I also paid for the room in advance but they still held $150 deposit.
- The rooms were very dirty and the room we booked was given to someone else. So they put us in a cheaper room for the same price we paid for a suite.

My hotel room and balcony was just amazing. I would have given my room a 10/10 score if it had a microwave and fridge. The staff was also VERY nice and accommodating. I can't say enough about the experience. I will certainly book The Grayson again!
