We liked location, price, simple breakfast, walk-in closet, large bathroom, parking, nearby restaurants.

One little bed reading lamp was broken.

The room, although clean had an old smell. Had to change because of mold.

The bathroom is in front of the beds, and the door is transluscent, so when someone goes to the bathroom at midnight the clarity disturb the person that is sleeping.

Clean, decent free breakfast. Polite and helpful staff. Free parking and WiFi. Close to Dolphin and International shopping malls.

The location was convenient. Nice to have the microwave and refrigerator. All appliance equipment operated fine.

The elevators were broke nearly the entire time I was there (full week). The food was anemic and shut down too early. The room's sofa was dirty. The staff were rarely manning the front counter. Light bulbs out. 24 hrs in advanced roomservice.

Location was great! Close to the Chick Fil-A for an evening snack. My teenage kids enjoyed the workout room. The trundle bed was great so that my kids did not have to sleep in the same bed. Convenient to the airport. Quiet, ultimately clean.

First room that they sent us to had not been cleaned. The beds were made, but there was trash everywhere. New room was very clean, but only had 3 towels for 4 people. So, with some extra trips to the front desk, we made it fine.

It was filthy. No hot water. Linen did not look clean.

The location, and the cleanliness. Has a Peruvian Restaurant calls Ohana, Chick-fil-A near by , excellent, you can go walking..

The bathtub was open, and when you took a bath the water would run all over the bathroom, but I know it was because the room was available for people in wheelchairs

Worst breakfast I have ever seen. For a free breakfast hotel, I was very disappointed. No one to clean the rooms in between nights.

Location was great staff was very friendly and a goid place for kids.

My hotel room was really nice but it was food all over the floor and one of the beds had bugs in it... after about an hour they finally put us in another room. It was just really time consuming trying to changes rooms with 3 kids.

Cleanliness of rooms (very dusty) paint was messed up like water leaked on the walls , TV crooked, staff knocks on door at 9/930 about check out even if your staying multiple days , roaches, staff does not communicate with maid staff, staff lies.

Exceptionally clean,modern and the staff was very professional.My wife needed a handicap accesible room the desk staff changed our room and it was perfect.Location was close to amenities shopping,dining and was very safe.

No.The total experience was wonderful.

Modern appointments, plenty of room to stretch in the rooms. Great bold coffee for breakfast downstairs. The staff was very helpful answering questions about the area and where to dine.
