The room was spacious and clean.

We had to change rooms because our original room flooded from the shower. This was an inconvenience as we had to do it at 2am. Staff was amazing through the whole ordeal.

Our room had a musty smell because when it was raining one corner next to the window got completely soaked. We had to change rooms. The new room smelled of cigarette smoke, so we had to wait half a day for another room. In the third room, the fridge, microwave, and heating were not working. In the bathroom, the showerhead leaked water all over the bathroom when turned on.At breakfast, the kitchen staff did not speak English and many things were not refilled in time (hot water, bread, milk, yogurt, fruit, cutlery, plates) and when asked for the staff did not understand. Out of two elevators, one was out of order indefinitely.

Only thing that I don't like with the hotel is the long wait for the one elevator.

I liked that the room had a kitchen and a refrigerator, and that you can cook, but honestly, that wasn’t my goal because when I booked the hotel, I didn’t know about it and I didn’t go there to cook. It has a good location, and the people who work there are nice

I didn’t like that I had to change rooms because the first one had a bad smell due to the carpet being wet from the air conditioning. Secondly, I didn’t like that they only had one working elevator for the 9 floors, as the other elevator was out of order. The room was very dusty, and they don’t clean it daily. Thirdly, the breakfast was very basic, and they serve the same thing every day.

The room was spacious, and clean. It's a nice 1 bedroom studio. Appropriate to spend a longer stay. The location is near the airport but it was quiet. I had a car though so it was easy to move around regardless.

It all started well, the room was nice and all and check in went smooth. I settled with all my luggage and work stuff as I work remotely. However, I didn't realise that I had gone to a different location than the originally booked hotel. Same chain, just different location. As the 2 hotels are not very far from each other. both in the airport area. The reception person didn't notice either that my reservation was at a different location. Until someone showed up hours later to check in with the reservation the hotel gave me. The person was very angry, understandably so.Already late night, I get a call in my room from reception receiving the news of the mishap. After I was all settled in my room and tired from traveling, the last thing I wanted was to pack all again and move to another hotel. At the the end I couldn't use the original reservation, and I had to pay a very expensive price for the room, same as a walk in rate. I would have appreciated if the hotel would have given me the original price, or similar, that I paid on the reservation as a courtesy. In the end it was the same chain, just different location. Even though I went to a different branch and that was my mishap, the reception messed up big time confusing the reservations with someone else's. With all the messing up, I ended up paying the price. Should I had been able to get the same price as the original reservation, I would have extended my stay to a few weeks or even a month as I intended originally.Parking is not free. If you have a longer stay, it can end up being costly.

Very nice stay for a week with family . All facilities were good and staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast is ok with many options .

Laundry was most of the time busy

Location was great. Had an issue with the toilet rocking and that was fixed. Front dezk staff was friendly.. Food needs improvement. Overall stay was good. Would stay again.
